Pearl #4-5

Pearl & Belle Pearl Boxed Set

Rate this book
Pearl and Belle Pearl follow Arianne Richmonde's Pearl Trilogy: the tumultuous and heart-rending love story between forty-year-old documentary producer, Pearl Robinson, and French Internet billionaire, Alexandre Chevalier, fifteen years her junior.

Pearl and Belle Pearl are written from Alexandre's point of view, from the moment he and Pearl first meet on a rainy summer's day in a coffee shop in New York City. In any relationship details are hidden; things are left unsaid. Not all conversations are remembered in the same way. And not all actions are disclosed--especially to the one you love most.

In Belle Pearl the story is continued beyond Shimmers of Pearl and has a completely different ending than the trilogy.

At only twenty-five, Alexandre Chevalier is a billionaire. His social media site, HookedUp, is more popular than Twitter, more global than Facebook. With his devastating looks, alluring charm, and his immense wealth, he has women falling at his feet, desperate for his attention--ex girlfriends and an ex-fiancée who simply cannot let him go. Although his heart is set on only Pearl, she tests him to his limits and proves that she is even more damaged than he first believed.

Alexandre's dark and dysfunctional past makes him crave a normal relationship with Pearl but he soon finds out that she is not your average woman.

Loved it!

What a crazy rollercoaster ride this series turned out to be. My heart pumped almost the entire time. Even through the epilogue. Alexandre and Pearl's relationship was full of love and chocked to the brim with drama. I loved that even though Pearl was 15 years Alexandre's senior he tended to be the more mature of the two. The aforementioned peppered with lots of sensual, super sexy, erotica scenes made this series a winner. I owned this series for a while and just decided to read it. That is my only regret. Thanks so much Ms. Richmonde for creating this journey for all to enjoy.

Alexander's perspective

*****
Seeing the story from Alexander's viewpoint was especially interesting and surely revealed just how much he loves Pearl. Volume iv did not affect me as much Volume v which was so real and by a short time I felt I personally knew the characters. I was holding my breath until the end!!

The story of Pearl Robinson and Alexandre Chevalier was endearing. I loved reading it from Alexandre's point of view as its so much more exciting to see what goes on inside the hero's head. The love scenes are heartwarming. I am so glad that there was an HEA for the couple even though they had to go through a personal tragedy first.

I enjoyed reading your story very much, I didn't think I would due to the fact that it was about a cougar but I was so wrong. I was so engrossed in the story I read it all in one day. The ending mad me very sad.

This book set is not just Alexandre's POV, it is the outpouring of his feelings and demons to complete the story of the Pearl Series. At first I thought this would be the re-telling of the story from his POV only. I was delighted to find that I would not only get the insight of his POV, but also the inside information of the many secrets he still keeps hidden.

I love that Arianne Richmonde went ahead and offered us a continuation of Pearl's and Alexandre's story from the point where the Pearl Trilogy left off. The reader is witness to the intimate details of their married life, the twins and all the peripheral characters we have come to love and hate.

NO SPOILERS HERE!! Through a plot twist, I am able to guarantee the reader will be deeply immersed in the unrelenting emotions and thrills this author surprises us with. Bravo for making this final installment worth reading and interesting!

I read the Pearl series months ago and loved it. I recently read Stolen Grace and enjoyed that book a few weeks ago. I was reviewing books to read and stumbled onto the Pearl and Belle Pearl set - I had no idea that Pearl's story was continuing... So I had to grab it! I found that I had to go back through the original 3 to freshen my memory a bit Pearl and Belle Pearl by Arianne Richmonde and I fell in love with this couple all over again. And thank you so much for the Stolen Grace Stolen Grace by Arianne Richmonde tie in :) I actually didn't realize I was reading the same author, and wow it was a nice surprise to realize Arianne Richomnde had penned both books... I would love to read Hell O D's story

A Pearl With Lot's of Lustre

I liked to read the romantic journey of Pearl and Alexandre from Alexandre's point of view and books 4 and 5 had me on a rollercoaster of emotions especially at the end. Loved every minute of it and it even had me blubbering like a baby. Love Arianne Richmonde and will be reading more of her books definitely.
