Lovely watercolor and colored pencil illustrations and humorous, child-friendly story of the beginning of creation. The creation story somewhat follows Genesis, until the creation of Adam and Eve. This retelling sidesteps the fall of creation and goes straight to all of the wonderful people in the world. This might be fun to share with a Sunday School class or VBS, but you may want to start with Bible story and then use this book as an extension.

Beautiful art, sweet story of creation from a christian worldview. Kinda a sweet message about God alway being to listen to people.

We all really liked this one. Okay, theologically it's not exactly... complex. But hello, it's a picture book. And it's an awesome one. It's funny in a very gentle way, and it's a delightfully lighthearted look at God. Me, I think God has a sense of humor and it's not all doom-and-gloom. Anyway, cute.

This book was a good book, however, it would be better read to a religious school and not to a public school because the main focus is how God created the earth and you would not want to offend anyone. It goes through and talks about how things were created and how they are all suppose to work together and get along to make the earth what it is suppose to be.
