An action packed thriller series with a deadly twist.

The novel, Stranded, by gifted young author Nihar Sharma, is book #2 of the Hijacked series.
Reading this imaginative and exciting series made me think about the innocent passengers who were strapped into their seats on board the missing Malaysian airplane.

Islamic terrorists and 240 passengers on board flight YX 924 crash land on an uninhabited island. Only four passengers and one terrorist manage to survive. They have no way of getting back to the mainland. They have almost no food or water and no reliable means of communication. Meanwhile, there are a number of deadly terrorist sleeper cells in the USA. The terrorists are being helped by a traitorous senior official who works for a secret U.S. government agency. The senior official and the terrorist sleeper cells are frantically trying to locate the island so they can exterminate all of the stranded survivors.

This young author has a lot of talent.
Her complete series was an intriguing and thought provoking read, however, the ebook version of this novel would benefit from a simple second edit.
I gave this great storyline five stars.

Buckle up…there’s danger ahead!

Within two minutes I sensed this would be a worthy follow up to book one in the high-octave, gut-churning Hijacked series; by the last chapter I was convinced. If anything, this was a superior read, which no doubt explains why I finished Stranded in one sitting!

Whether by design or chance, the author has tapped into timely issues with terrorists and a missing passenger aircraft. When Oklahoma airlines flight YX 924 crash lands on a previously uninhabited island, the stakes are already high. Just when you think the stakes can’t get any higher, they do!

Buckle up…there’s danger and excitement aplenty ahead.

Amelia woke up to the sound of the ocean.

She blinked as her eyes adjusted to the bright sunlight that filtered through an opening in front. It was partially covered by branches and leaves dancing to a slight breeze. She raised her head a little to look around and felt sand particles stuck on it. Rubbing them away, she touched the floor, it was filled with sand.

Amelia got up and almost fell down again. Her body was stiff and there was a dull throbbing in the back of her head. She held a rock protruding out of the wall for support and stood, counting the steps to the opening. She took in a few deep breaths and slowly walked towards the entrance.

The branches parted to give her a view which took her breath away. She was on a broad ledge, which jutted out of a cliff wall covered in green, and about twenty feet below her, and maybe a couple hundred metres ahead, spread the wide, blue ocean.

Oh my God...I must be dead. Is this heaven?

The realization bothered her. She couldn’t be in heaven. She didn’t deserve to be there.
