DNF at 134 pages.
This book feels like every paragraph was copied and pasted from another book into this one. There’s little to no continuity and the tone is all over the place.

This was a quick and enjoyable read for me. I especially liked Joanna Somerville, the heroine of this story. She is strong-willed and does whatever it takes to survive. She meets her match when she encounters William, the Earl of Evesham.

This could have been an enjoyable book. I felt that the author was rushed and, therefore, produced a book that I had to force myself to finish.
