Eighteen-year-old Janey Nielsen had no idea what to expect when she arrived at her college campus in Salt Lake City. Raised in a tiny town in the Arizona Strip known it's isolation, and more recently residing on a cattle ranch in central Wyoming, she’d never lived in a big city. Now she was on her own on campus, and she had no idea how to fit in.

There were two things that Janey hadn't planned for. One was her English Lit professor, and the other was her roommate's sexy friend Andrew Craig, star of the basketball team. How was she supposed to get any studying done with these two vying for her attention?

Recommended for readers 18+ due to sexual content.

This is the first book I've read by this author and at the beginning I wasn't sure but as I continued reading it began to grow on me.
Janey Nielsen has been through more than most eighteen year olds and in certain ways she's old beyond her years but in others she's young, naive and far too innocent. Starting college opens up a whole new world for her and she struggles to find her feet, she's helped by Rihanna her room mate in whom she confides. She discovers feelings she didn't know existed and with no experience behind her she struggles to cope.
I liked the blurb for this book but it never quite reached it's potential for me, even though it grew on me while reading there were lots of parts I didn't like, something's I felt were overplayed and others just didn't fit hence the 3 stars, if you're a fan of this author you may like it more.

I'm not sure how it managed to read all of this book. It was mediocre to say the least.

Not your average girl meets boy story.Hormones can make you do strange things, and liking sex is something Janey didn't think about before due to her past. Even though she is 18 at the time her upbringing was sheltered.Even after a few warnings Janey still sleeps with her professor. She starts dating her roommates best friend while still having feelings for the professor. Her college room mate kicks her and beats on her because she had relationship issues with her roommates best friend Drew nd I wouldn't have taken her back as a friend even though she was Janey's first friend and introduces her to campus life.I didn't like comments Rhi ,Janey's roommate sexual slurs to a young man in the book. I wanna smack her .Janey has a 3 yr old daughter that she has left in the care of her foster parents so that she can get a better education to improve her life and be independent. She doesn't always make the best choices and lets her lust rule her making things worse for her ,tho she doesn't intend to hurt Drew ,He too let lust rule his decisions and acts out in anger and depression getting drunk, even tho Janey tried to explain her confusion and need to try to be honest with him. After the semester Janey returns home realizing that Gracie her daughter is most important and tries to get her priorities straight. Things work themselves out . I hope Janey and Drew get the HEA.

different type of book then I have read before.

It is so rare that I give this poor of a review about a book that I almost feel bad about it. Honestly, though, I also can't stomach giving any better of a review either. This was a free read on Amazon and I read it because I figured it would be an average 3-ish star read that I could pick up between commitments during the weekend...now I wish I hadn't wasted my time.

The only characters with any redeeming value whatsoever are Drew, Grace, Russ and Charity. Oh, and Janet, the cook...Both Janey and Rihanna were terrible. Janey was wishy-washy and innocent and worldly in turns. I could never predict when she was going to be so innocent she could barely function. Also, I can't imagine the trauma of her upbringing wouldn't have affected her more deeply on an emotional level.

I can't even talk about it anymore. Yuck.

Lawd, I wanted to slap the mess out of the main character--good grief! It's one thing to sleep with a professor...but to sleep with him again after you know he ain't right? I mean, really. I'm not going to bad mouth her for leaving her kid to better herself; it happens. I liked Drew very much, and her stringing him along wasn't cool, but I can appreciate her being upfront with him at least (better late than never, right?). Rihanna was also just plain WRONG; she took her loyalty to the EXTREME, especially since I blamed the whole relationship on her in the first place! Stop interfering in other people's love lives--get your own damn man. Anyway, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't re-read. I don't think I'll feel bad about deleting this free one from my Kindle.

I loved the development of Janey in this story. From wild and careless to coming full circle and realizing what her true priorities were. I loved Drew in this book as well. A really sweet romantic guy. There were a couple issues I had with the book. I didn't like the run around to get Drew off of suspension, I just found it quite far fetched. I also though the drama between Ri and Janey was a bit much as well. But then again I hate girl drama (ain't nobody got time for that). All in all though it was a great read.

Stopped reading at 54%. Garbage. I hate writing bad reviews, but if this review saves one person from reading this, then it's worth it.

stupid girl. Yet, she's sex crazy and has orgasms at drop of a hat. Nope. She leaves her baby and goes to college and acts like a slut. Nope. She screws her professor. Nope. She know she's being played. Nope. Has a good guy who loves her. She is "scared". Nope. She gets mad because he won't have sex with her. Nope. Had to stop reading. blech.

An interesting finish to the Rustled series. I have to admit that while I didn't always agree with the story line, it kept me wanting to read more. There were a few very detailed sections of this book that were a bit racey, but seem to be a trademark of the author now that I've read 3 of her books. I'm happy that in the end Janey got her priorities straightened out, and that everything worked out in the end.

This was such a crazy book, I had to stop reading it!
She (I have already forgotten her name) left her baby with her foster parents so she could go away for collage...
She has no idea about sex... well how did you end up pregnant?! And than she is having an affaire with her professor?
And she doesn't know what "hippies" are? This book is so ridiculous!

I read this book first because it was free. I like story and the situations but the main character was frustrating. She was dumb and not naive. The ending was nice but the best part of the book was the end when I found out that there were two more books.
I read Rustled first and Wrangled last. Definitely saved the best for last! But I have to give this book credit, it made me keep reading.

Being generous giving a 2 star rating. Took perseverance to finish it. Main character abandons her child, sleeps with a professor messes with the feelings of someone who genuinely cares about her, sleeps with her professor again.
This book was repetitive and the plot was weak. The main character was indecisive and naive. There are too many negatives to go in and I hate trashing a book.

Wish I had read reviews before starting. The blurb sounded promising but this was not for me. I did finish it but the storyline was so ridiculous it was hard to be invested in it. I was glad to see Janey start to grow up a bit, but as a main character she did nothing for me. 2 stars is generous.

Hmmmm where do I start? Good story line but I was disappointed with the main female character. She sounded so strong but even with her background she turned out to be rather weak willed. Although towards the end it improved. This is a book I will probably read again

I really liked this book, the twists and Laney not doing what you'd expect with Drew. I did feel that it didn't really tie in with the other books as much though, with the ranch only being mentioned a few times. But a great read and I've enjoyed the whole series :)

I enjoyed this one the most out of the three in the series. The story takes a few twists and turns along the way and Janey is not a romantic fool. She is naive at times and makes some mistakes along the way but she is only a teenager a fact that she remains aware of.
