The Cursed Prince Mate is a rejected mate, grumpy Billionaire werewolf romance. The Cursed Prince Mate follows the story of Kai and Valeria. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, I found this book to have a fantastic storyline. I felt bad for Kai because of this curse and I absolutely love Valeria and how she refuses the rejection. Author Gertty Rudraw’s The Cursed Prince Mate is an exceptionally well-written story. Author Gertty did an outstanding job with the way she breathed life into this story. I would recommend this book. I’m looking forward to reading more books written by this author.

On Earth, the humans are still not aware of wolf shifters. Valeria, or Val, is a wolf shifter, her father is the alpha, and she has her mother and three brothers. The thing about Val, her siblings, and mother, they have special powers and are known from legend as Halo’s. When she catches her boyfriend cheating on her with her best friend, she breaks it off and leaves the company she works at with him and his family.

Her new job brings many changes to her life! Kai and Eli, brothers, are the heads of their company. Eli is married to a human who is going to have babies. Kai and Val are fated. Kai and Eli have wolves but are so very different. They are not from Earth. They want to go home but have no idea how. When Val and Kai decide to take that step, Val’s mom will play an inherent part in the survival of Kai’s and Eli’s planet and kingdom.

This book is filled with twists, turns, and a gamut of action, heat, and will take you to new places and cultures. I truly enjoyed reading this book and hope to read more in the series that are tailored to these families and planets!

The Cursed Prince Mate is an instalove, OTT, paranormal, fated mate, rejected mate, opposites-attract, grumpy-sunshine, wolf shifter romance. Kai is a hunky, grumpy billionaire wolf shifter. Valeria is a smart, sassy, and fierce shifter who left her cheating ex. She meets Kai, and they spend a hot night together. They are fated mates, but he ends up rejecting her as he is cursed and doesn't want her to suffer. She does not accept the rejection. There was a lot going on in this story, and I found it confusing and hard to follow at times. I did love this couple though and am glad they got a happy ending after a lot of drama. I am glad Valeria wouldn't accept the rejection and fought for them 3.5☆s.

A full story, romance, and world building

This is book three in the Royal Wolf Mate series. I have been reading this series. I liked this story between Valeria and Kai and the inclusion of Alex, Anna, Eli. In this series, the two main male characters are Kai and Eli are from a different world and stuck on Earth. They have been trying to return home to fight for their lands. Kai and Eli learn a few valuable lessons. Valeria is a special wolf shifter with special abilities and powers. Valeria is supposed to meet Kai for a job interview. There is a happy end and some spelling. Read On!

DNF

The formatting on this book is horrible. The font is so small and hard to read. I cannot adjust the font size in my Kindle without losing the integrity of the page and I have to readjust every page. It’s giving me a headache.

Also, I’m sorry, but the writing is just bad. Even if the font size/formatting were not an issue, I still would not be finishing this book. The main male character is an a-hole and that’s without the poor quality of writing.

A unique werewolf tale

I loved this book because the author thought outside the box when writing it. The plot is creative and NOT the typical mate gets rejected, treated like crap and then miraculously forgives all. The Cursed Prince Mate is fresh and inventive.

The characters are interesting and well developed. The reader definitely becomes invested in the brothers plight.

If you are tired of the same old over done rejection themed werewolf stories, I highly recommend this book.

This is a new author for me. The synopsis of the story sounded intriguing and interesting. The story did not disappoint. The characters were strong and likable and the story developed nicely. The story is a paranormal shifter romance about Kai, Valeria and a curse. These two characters are combustible from their first meeting. After a night of passion she is rejected but she refuses to take rejection. He is domineering, alpha and a grump. This story is different and unique. I loved every bit of reading this one and enjoy reading more from this writer.

I tried, oh how I tried to read this book. I wanted to love it because the story line was decent, but it literally is difficult to get past the bizarre use of unnecessary words, "supercharged douchebag maniac" really? So many contradictions, it gave me a headache. I made it about a third of the way through before I had to throw in the towel. If only this book had gotten a second set of eyes on it, who knows, it would have been great for me.

This is a well written paranormal romance with strong characters in Kai and Valeria. The author does a great job developing their story and painting her scenes perfectly. She takes you into their lives with a hot and steamy night together and a cold rejection right after due to his curse. The story moves fluidly and is a terrific read.

Needs work

The storyline was interesting and different than the normal rejected mate stories, However the book is filled with grammatical errors. It made the story hard to follow in some places. In some places there was duplication which made it really confusing. Definitely needs edited.

lots of gaps and grammatical errors

The book was an interesting concept. However, there were gaps in the timeline that were hard to follow, especially in the beginning. There were also run-on words missing words from sentences and phrases that we’re hard to understand. I think with some good editing the book would be a better read.

It is not easy to merge two very different worlds into one story but this does it . Lots of excitement , lots of changes for most of the characters as they develop . It is the second book in the series but easy to read as a stand alone.

This is book two in this series Royal Wolf Mate. This is the story of Kai who is hot-tempered, and domineering and Valeria who is fearless, smart and Kai fated mate. This is their journey to their happily ever after. This can be read as a standalone, but to get more of an understanding of the characters and the background story you may want to read the first book. I am looking forward to reading the next installment.

Good story, but

I like a good paranormal romance, but I can’t stand to read glaring typos or grammatical errors. Also, there were some disconnects … the story had more potential to be really good. Not sure why it looked like the author just threw it together

Doesn’t follow a timeline. Jumps around too much. Uses the same words repeatedly. Kept losing track of where the main figures were supposed to be. In the house against the wall and in the next sentence outside against a tree.

Ok, honestly I believe that the writer could benefit from an editor. It was so distracting. The story was ah, ok but nothing special.
