My enemies say I’m the witching world’s most vicious and violent queen. I say I’m the most hunted.

A lethal new queen killer I can’t see stalking me.

An infernal new ally I can never trust in my bed.

A wicked new twist in the diabolical Academy Dean’s Challenge my warlock family and I never saw coming.

I might be the celebrity bad girl and royal wild child of the whole witching world. A little unstable. A lot reckless. Supposedly a bit psychotic.

But I’m just a freshman at the dark witch academy, with a scary compendium of deadly new powers I can’t control and irresistible superheats I can’t suppress.

I never asked to be the rebel queen.

Or the final hope of the witching world resistance.

But I’ll save the witching races before we all go extinct.

Or I’ll die trying.

This scandalous series delivers a broody wolf shifter headmaster, a possessive alpha dragon shifter, a sexy-pretty punk rock warlock, a twisted Dark Fae King and his hot bi boyfriend, one horribly moody demon, bi awakening, all swords crossed, and a confident queen who never needs to choose.

I received a advanced reader copy for an honest review

Well I've got to say Laura Navarre has finished this series with a bang. It wasn't a rush to get to the end that you sometimes get in the final novel of a series. Perfectly paced out. And I've got to say Laura is the Queen of spice. A lot of times I skim fast through some sex scenes cause you know there's only so many ways it can be done right? Never with her books. I read every smexy word. This is rated in my top favorite series because its just written to perfection.

This is my most beloved RH series 😍. I love these characters so much!! &... I WANT MORE.
A why-choose Reverse-Harem romance with MM+. My most anticipated finale to the series with fast-paced plot, established poly relationships, cuteness & spice, stalling tension, lots of action & most importantly the MCs I LOVE getting their HEA 🥰. There's witches, warlocks, telepathy, telekinesis, wolf-shifter, dragon-shifters, faes & a kraken 🙌. Something for everyone 😁.

I love this series & have been following this book's ch releases on Laura's ream, had read till ch 7 then. When I saw the opportunity to get the #ARC more than a month prior release, I OF COURSE signed the heck up 😉. I literally did a lil dance & was so happy to get it lol. So I had a headstart & I devoured it in around 11hrs! FYI, this book is more plot focused, but the interactions are sweet with their angsty, tense undercurrents where needed, with the resolutions & some starts to pairings I've wanted. But there's still so much more I want with 'em on page, so much I need to see (yes, I kinda wish the book was longer lol), ain't no way am I saying goodbye 😆😤.

READ THIS SERIES IN ORDER, THIS IS THE FINALE 🎉.

This book starts us right in the action, in the Dean's challenge which will secure Zara's claim to the witchy throne. Vasili's wicked plans lead to Mordred joining them! M's gen alpha swagger made me laugh 😆 & the loneliness where V felt kinship to him —omg 😭, I cried. A new addition to harem frays the fragile bonds, will the tension break it or make 'em stronger?

Omg, it was exciting to see the various face-offs & vulnerability (especially V, my fav) 😍. So great seeing all the 9 MCs (ya, it's a big bi-harem 🤤) in action, synchronising in need! They found time to get all angsty, cute & smexy between all the plot lol. Stalling? Yup, even I screamed to get *it* done faster! 😩 But fun? Duh, I love every scene of 'em interacting. I'm insatiable! I did feel the climax quite stretched BUT it was twisty, intriguing. It's aftermath tho? Hell ya 🥵. Love harem together 🥰. I wish we got more of that! The epilogue was so sweet, it's lovely to see 'em all happy & fulfilled 😍. Laura's writing style is so fun, expressive. With some words I never expected in a book 😂 too.

Hah, at this time, Zara & V are with everyone in harem! I did feel Max & Ash had least screen time, aw 🥺. But with so many characters, Laura handled their personalities & placements well. There's some pairings which I hope we see go "all the way" in the bonuses (like we saw for V+Max, I really wanted those in book too tho 😭). Omg, Now that I've come to this topic, I am listing my hopes/suggestions in spoiler tag! I'm salivating cuz I know Laura's gonna deliver good 😍.

Overall, I loved Zara, Vasili, Ronin, Lucious, Neo, Maxim, Zeph, Ash, Mord. The characters Laura wrote & their story will always be with me 🥰. I'm up for any & all the spin offs in this world (& cameos, duh), it's ripe with potential! I highly recommend this series ❤️.

Story Ratings:

Fantastic ending to an amazing series...
I'm sad to see this crew go, I could have continued to read about them and wish there would be more. This book starts off with action and is fast paced all the way through. There are twists and turns throughout. The sexy times are spicy and you will need a hose down. For the most part you do get closure. By the way get the epilogue that is offered by the author, it adds more to the story. I still feel like their story is unfinished. I also want to see Mallory's ongoing story to see about her queendom and harem. I hope this author adds more to this world, this series has been one of my favorites and I will reread the whole set more than once in the future. Great book added to an amazing series, loved the story, world building, and characters!!!.

5 ⭐️ 5 🌶️

I absolutely loved the last book in this series! It had everything I love: romance, suspense, action, and plenty of steamy scenes. I love how all of Zara’s mates are so different and have distinct personalities. The banter was excellent and I loved the plot.

I recommend reading this whole series if you love books witchy books with academy settings, lots of heat, witty banter, and engaging storylines.

Well, if you’ve come this far along and you’re still looking at reviews trying to decide whether or not to read the final book of the series, there just might be something wrong with you! If you enjoyed the previous books, you will love this story as well. It’s an exciting read with non stop action, delicious banter and seriously scorching intimate scenes right up to the HEA. I couldn’t put it down. Just read it!

Wow, What An Ending!

Zara and her polycule are on the hunt to find the Horn of Ceres, return it to the vault, claim her crown and save the witching world. No sweat, right! This book is jam-packed full of action, but steamy and high octane. I enjoyed the addition of Mordred to this group, and the change in the dynamics between Ronin and Ash, and Vasili and Zephyr, where intensely entertaining. Neo’s still sweet, Max is still protective and Lucius is still intensely formal, but I wouldn’t have them any other way. A fantastic read.

This book I found it interesting and was great read for me. The characters, storyline, plot, setting, and pace were all done well. The story was well written, and mating parts were quite abundant. A must read for any and all book lovers everywhere.

This book is awesome! The entire Gemini series is so so so good and though I'm a sad panda that it's over, Laura did an amazing job wrapping up Zara's chaotic af journey of finding and taking her rightful place in the witching world with her kings and found family. I am going to be rr'ing this series forever.
PS- I adore all of Zara's men, but I ❤️ Max the most(shhhh).🐲

My Review of Gemini Hunted by Laura Navarre ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Okay, so this series has completely stolen my heart and I'm not even mad about it! 😍 Like seriously, these characters have me wrapped around their little fingers and I just want MORE of them.

This final book throws you straight into the chaos with the Dean's challenge - no slow buildup, just pure adrenaline from page one. Zara's fighting for her witchy throne while dealing with Vasili's scheming (which honestly just makes me love that goblin king even more 🤷‍♀️).

What I absolutely LOVED:

The pacing is insane in the best way possible
All my favorite supernatural creatures are here - witches, warlocks, shifters, faes, and yes even a kraken!
The established poly relationships feel so natural and sweet
Perfect mix of cute moments and steamy scenes
SO MUCH ACTION that kept me glued to my kindle

What bugged me though:
Neo kind of vanished into the background when he used to be such a strong presence. Some really important relationship moments happened off-page which felt like a missed opportunity. And adding a new harem member in the final book? Eh, not my favorite choice. The character was great but it felt like taking time away from the original crew we've been rooting for since day one.

Also, the Mallory POV chapters felt unnecessary here. I get that Laura's setting up future books, but this wasn't the time or place for it. I wanted more focus on Zara and her guys getting their proper HEA.

Despite my complaints, this series has been an absolute wild ride from start to finish. Zara's journey and her ever-growing harem kept surprising me at every turn. The world-building is fantastic and the found family vibes are chef's kiss.

I'm definitely excited about Mallory's upcoming story (even though I side-eyed those POV chapters), and I'm really hoping we get to revisit Zara as an actual queen dealing with court drama because this ending felt a bit unfinished to me.

If you love reverse harem with lots of supernatural chaos, complex relationships, and characters that feel like real people you'd want to be friends with, this series is absolutely worth your time!.

This has been one of my absolute favorite series for fantasy/reverse harems. Normally, I'm not into bigger harems, but each character had developed personality that made me fall in love with them. Zara is by far one my all-time favorite FMC. She is kind, caring, strategic, bad a--, and determined to save the witching world regardless of her own feelings. The story was good with fantastic world building, but my favorite was the little details that made the story just that much better. For example, Vasili is called a snake, but each character has said or thought of him as a specific snake in different settings. Like mad as an adder or poised to strike like a cobra. Idk, it just made the story that much better. Also, the spice was chef's kiss.

Would highly recommend.

Well written HOT book

I first must say this is not my usual read. I don’t read a lot of intense sex driven books. That might be because the ones I have seen are usually lacking in a story line beyond sex. I appreciated the character development and the story line. So if you like a lot of sex with well developed characters going somewhere besides just bed, you will enjoy this book. You wonder how I missed the sex part when choosing the book? The story was presented and I didn’t consider how much sex there could be. There is abundant sex.

‘Gemini Hunted’ starts with a few nail biting scenes, an unexpected guest, a free for all spice-fest, then 🎶someone gets in trouble🎶 …

I gotta say, Zephyr blindly jumping off the side of the yacht to land on his dragon mid-flight … *swoon* SO sexy—amiright?!

This is the final in the Dark Witch Academy series, and WOW! It sure does deliver on every front 🥵⚔️❤️‍🔥 Feels like they may not be gone forever … hmmm …I guess time will tell.

This is tough to rate. If it was based only on the characters and relationships this would be five stars.
The author does a brilliant job of making each character distinct from every other one. Even better, every relationship is unique - and I don't just mean every MMC's relationship to the FMC, but every MMC's relationship to every other MMC. The fact that there are so many guys makes it even more impressive. If I had to pick a favorite, it would easily be Vasily. Or wait...no...it would be sweet baby Neo. Or maybe Ronin, the homme fatale and gateway drug to bisexuality for every other MMC. See? It's hard, because they're all so different and lovable in their own separate ways.

But characters don't live in a bubble, and the writing...was not great.

First, most of these characters are in their early twenties, yet their pop culture references would be more appropriate for somebody who grew up in the 80s. Contrast that with slang and dialogue that would give a fifteen year-old second-hand embarrassment and it creates this weird disconnect. If I never see the word 'rizz' again, it would be too soon.

Secondly, the author has a handful of stock phrases when it comes to physical descriptions that are used over and over again, regardless of who the POV character is. For example, "magenta curls" is often used when referring to Neo. Which is fine as a description, in and of itself. But aside from Zara, the androgynous Vasily, and sweet baby Neo himself, I call b.s. that the other six guys could accurately name that color. There should be variations, with one guy referring to it as hot pink, another guy saying fuchsia, and maybe even raspberry. There are so many descriptive words that it's unlikely that any two people would choose the same one every time. Nearly every character uses the phrase 'nails-on-chalkboard screech' to describe Zephyr's dragon. 'Pin-up girl curves' is used by multiple characters in reference to Zara, but I'm questioning if any of these guys are even old enough to know what pin-up girls are? These complaints may seem nit-picky, but good writing will keep the readers so immersed that they feel like they're really in the heads of each POV character. So every time something reminds me that these are not the thoughts of a twenty year-old Russian diva, but a middle aged author, the sense of immersion comes to a screeching halt.

My biggest complaint about this final book is the pacing.
The fate of the entire witching world depends upon Zara getting an object inside the vault as quickly as possible. Enemy forces are guarding the door, so the gang decides to sneak in through some catacombs that can be accessed from the dungeons under Mallory's dorm. It's reiterated over and over how urgent this is, because everyone in the school wants to steal this object for themselves. So time is very much of the essence.

They first enter the tunnel to the dungeon on Kindle page 148 (34%) and the last catacomb scene is on page 347 (80%). With almost half of the book spent in these catacombs, you would think they were taking a ring all the way to Mt. Doom. But no. We get Draco snarling at everyone and saying, 'fock' (that's his entire personality). We get an hour of them standing by the entrance to the catacombs and pages and pages of Mallory's insecurities about her clumsiness, being around Vasily, and her ability to cast the spell to open the passage. Don't worry, she does fine, because at one point, Lucious literally pulls out his grade book to give her a passing grade. Seriously. We get multiple battles with hyena shifters, Zara shifting into dragon and knocking the whole roof down onto their heads. We get a random dead body that needs to be buried in a crypt. We get a threesome that simply couldn't wait until they got home. We get kitten feeding breaks. They enter the dungeons barely tolerating the incubus demon and by the time they get out, they've basically accepted him into the harem. It takes that long. And the entire time, I'm scratching my head, like, 'aren't they supposed to be in a hurry?'

Aside from the epilogue, the entire book takes place in one twenty-four hour period, making me question whether it even needed to be a separate book. Cut out the huge percentage of filler content, and everything that remained could have been part of the previous book.

But still, I really enjoyed spending more time with Vasily, Neo, and the rest of the gang.

I am going to review the series as a whole cause i usually always read completed series.

I never read RV without MM. So when I found out this book has all the guys sword crossing I was soooo happy.

This review has some tiny spoilers but nothing too big.

Books 1 and 2 are my favourite. We really got the time to see everyone get to know everyone. The addition of Maxim in book 2 was super exciting, and I was looking forward to getting to see him love the rest, but when book 3 came and 2 more were added to the harem. We lost track of the relationship building that was going very nicely in books 1 and 2. Not to mention the addition of two more to the harem. I was still hoping for books 4 and 5 to finalise that, but that didn't happen. That's my main issue with this series. It feels unfinished, and there is so much unresolved relationships between the guys which was disappointing. Dont get me wrong, I love Zephyr Ash and Modrid, but we bately got enough povs by them. I wish some of zaras' pov was cut to add their povs. I wish the book were longer, and the series had more books.
1. We barely got a resolution for Neo and Vasilis' relationship. Like most of neos povs show doubt about how vasili feels about him
2. Not to mention vasili and Maxim. After how vasili used him, which was disappointing I wanted more resolution to that.
3. Not one full on scene between neo and lucius. Until the wedding night scene which wasn't in the book and it was in zaras pov again which I admit annoyed me.
4. Max and lucius. I mean I waited but nothingggg.
5. Ash and zeph barely had any moment of love between them in their pov especially since there was doubt from ashs' side about zephs feelings.
6. Zaphs and ronins fist time after they made up was from zaras pov whiich was aghhhh.
7. Neo and ash ???? I want moreeee and moreeee.
I can go on and on with zeph and ash and especially modrid, who I wanted to get to know more. He barely got a resolution with zara herself. I love a big harem but I wanted moree and moree and I hope the author has plans to finalise all the relationships and not in zaras' pov.
I still loved the series and I am just going to pretend it's not finished. I loved all the characters and the plot, too. I just want more love between the guys and for that love to be finalized.

What a bittersweet feeling… It’s so good to read another book in the Dark Witch Academy series, but this is the last one—and each book has been a true delight.

Never disappoints! An engaging, page-turning read, full of magic, drama, scorching heat, acceptance, and love. LOTS of love.

It’s also a dark book, filled with heavy themes—but balanced by hilarious lines that lighten(ish?!) the mood and plenty of spicy scenes. After all, we’re talking about a very close polycule that thrives on connection and touch.

This is a Why-Choose paranormal romance with multiple POVs, including some excellent MM content—yes, all swords cross! Zara definitely knows how to share. I love the unconditional love this series explores; to me, that’s the core of it.

Each book is:
- full of action,
- full of surprises and twists,
- full of gifts to unwrap (V., I'm harboring the same things!)
- full of "What now?!" situations,
- full steam—which only gets better with each book, and this one is no exception,
- ending on a cliffhanger that it's almost like a prelude to what will be the theme in the next book—with the exception of this book, of course.

In this final installment, the polycule faces their most important challenge in the witching world. Allies and enemies are revealed, and our Virgo Queen and her harem play a major role.

Laura, thank you for this beautiful, magical series.

The End..

OK. I think it's time to reread the series. Again. And again. And again...

This has been a wild ride from book 1 till the end. Zara and her ever growing harem keeps you on your toes. It's hard to choose a favorite mate but my favorite since the beginning of the series has been The Goblin King himself Vasili with my favorite manwh*re warlock Ronin coming in a quick second.

Everything is on the line and Zara and her men are fighting tooth and nail to ensure that Zara remains the Queen of the Witching World. After her BFF betrayed her in an attempt to dethrone her; time is of the essence to complete the Dean's challenge in order to regain her throne.

Zara's harem has grown to an astounding 8 mates including: warlocks, alpha wolf, dragon, snake, dark fae you name it. A powerful harem for a powerful Queen. There were a few bumps along the way with the men of the harem having to face their past and confront unresolved business but with Zara by their side it made the journey to their HEA that much enjoyable. Lots of laughs and spice bringing this series to a delightful end with Zara reclaiming her throne with her men by her side.

Well ladies, gents, & others....we have come to the end. This has been an AMAZING series. I love Zara and all of her sword crossing sexy men. Vasili is probably my favorite, but I don't think I could choose just one. Laura Navarre writes these characters in a way that you fall in love with them all. Sweet Neo, Sexy Ronin, Daddy Lucius, & on and on. I love them all & that we get their pov's as well. Zara is a bada** chick & her polycule is goals. I could literally read like 50 books from this series. I feel like we've been on their journey for years. I don't want to give away anything, but will say I read A LOT of series and books and this is hands down one of the best. Pick it up. You won't regret it. I really hope we have a few cameos or bonus epilogues or novellas in the future. All hail the Gemini Queen & her sexy Kings.

In this last installment of Zara Gemini and her warlocks everything is on the line. Zara has to get the Horn of Ceres and place it back in the vault before Cleo gets the chance, in order to claim her throne in the witching world. Of course, nothing is easy for Zara but this time they may have the upper hand with Mordred, the half incubus and half Unseelie shifter. Mordred wants to join Zara's harem too but that's a tall order considering those in her harem and the lingering unease there. Add in Mallory and her two guys temporarily to the harem and things get crazy. The ending is great! I would highly recommend reading the prior books and this book if you like reverse harem with all the sword crossing.

Have a love hate relationship with series ending but this is a really great ending so I can get behind this one. I love the twists and turns this one took and one thing I do recommend is get the bonus content as that adds to the HEA. Though for sure all things are wrapped up in the end I just can't get enough and will definitely re-read this series.
