I really enjoyed reading this cookbook, which includes a large section of storytelling about Australia’s food - going through Australia’s culinary history and the influences from successive waves of immigrants and the aboriginals.

The actual recipes are all from chefs of top restaurants so I am not sure they are easy for home cooks to reproduce at home, but I wrote down a few that I might try.

The photos were delightful.
