I didn't actually take the SAT Subject test for this subject, but I was in an honors chemistry class, which taught the same material. It really helped me to cram for the final. This book had the best review, and there wasn't too much to read.
Decent coverage, but ultimately you would be wise to have more recently had such a course as several years passing would make the material seem foreign and a quick crash study course (so I would suspect) is probably not going to prove good enough.
