September 23, 2011If you have heard of “tapping” or “EFT” (Emotional Freedom Technique), this is a book that teaches that skill. I really enjoyed this book. I have studied EFT, EMDR and various other techniques for dealing with PTSD. This book is a very comprehensive overview of ESM (Emotional Self Management) and I found it to be a very helpful technique.
