Excellent book with self-refelctive exercises. If you are interested in inter-generational patterns of behavior, neuroscience, and healing development trauma then this is a good read for you.

It faltered at the end with Louise Hay kind of vibe all of a sudden being tossed in. It felt arbitrary and unnecessary, but overall a good read.
