Yuuya has obtained the dark power of the Demons, despite being the disciple of one of the deities who protects the world. To learn to control it, he begins a harsh training regimen. On Earth, Ousei Academy goes on summer break, and that means Yuuya and his friends make plans to have the time of their life at the beach. Of course, that means he’ll be surrounded by beautiful girls in swimsuits—turning up the heat on the beach! Meanwhile in the other world, a battle between Yuuya and the peerless sword princess, the Deity of Swords, is being arranged. But their contest is interrupted when the Apostle of Atrocity suddenly attacks, planning to destroy humanity. Now, the fate of the world is in Yuuya’s hands!

I enjoyed reading the book. I know that the kid is nieve and grew up with no friends and an abusive family. But I was hoping that his new friends in both worlds would be able to tell him how it is. Instead he seems to be getting mentors that are only thinking of themselves and what he can do for them. I’m feeling a little sorry for him. He’s trying to understand his new powers and all their thinking about is training and marriage.

Good story so far.

This volume goes quickly with low page count, but the story moves at a good pace. New characters are introduce and things get more complicated for the MC. The rest of the group doesn't get too much development. A huge part of the book os spent with a classic beach episode with some nice plots inserted there. Easy to read and fun to kill some time.

still?

Why is he still oblivious to his abilities? It’s getting to the point where I want the main character to die so I don’t have to read his confusion about every single interaction with anyone ever.

Still a great story but only issue is length. It’s so short it reads like a sneak peak instead of a novel. We either need a lower price or more pages.

Of course, it ends in a dang cliffhanger and there's not publication date for the next volume to translated and released in English.

I absolutely hated the format of this book. It's ridiculous to divide the chapters into parts. There was also so much filler. Not a lot really happened in this volume. Most of it could've been skipped. Even the new girl. She does something in the story in a later volume that well can be done by someone else.

The first half of the book was filler. It took place in the earth and the story was going no where except for the summoning things.
And like always, another girl come to the rooster 🤣
