My mother’s final attempt to hold control over me from beyond the grave was temporarily appointing my uncle, her brother, Chairman and CEO of our family company, Bradshaw Capital. She stipulated in her will something I didn’t see coming—marry within the year of her passing, remain wed for another, and the company would be mine.
As absurd as that was, I had no choice if I wanted control of the company that was rightfully mine.
While in Vegas, I met a captivating woman, a fellow New Yorker named Stella Harper, who was financially strapped and jobless. After one night with her, I saw an opportunity in a moment of impulsivity. Marry her, maintain separate lives, and dissolve our fake marriage once I secured ownership of Bradshaw Capital. I’d get what I wanted, and she’d walk away a rich woman.
Simple right?
Two months into our sham of a marriage, my uncle fell ill, which led to my taking over the company. The one-year stipulation was no longer in place, and before I could file for the dissolution of our marriage, Stella dropped a bombshell.
She was pregnant.
The prospect of fatherhood was inconceivable to me. The last thing I needed in my life was baby drama. A wife and children were never part of my life’s plan. But Stella left her mark on me, and as I grappled with feelings I never intended to feel, something unexpected began to stir within me.
Stella
Long story short. I needed money fast.
I lost my nanny job in a fancy Upper West Side household after the mom flipped out over her husband helping me with a kid-induced glue disaster. She accused me of wanting her husband, fired me on the spot, and spread nasty rumors about me to Manhattan’s elite, ensuring I’d never nanny for anyone again.
Meanwhile, I was hustling to finish my child psychology master’s at NYU. Without a job, my financial disaster hit its peak with tuition, rent, credit cards, and looming student loans, which had me drowning in stress.
Purely by accident, I met a ruggedly handsome and charming man named Miles Bradshaw in Vegas.
After one wild night together, he dropped a He offered me one million dollars to marry him and stay wed for one year so he could gain control of his company. I thought he was crazy. But after hearing him out, it was a win-win for both of us.
Then, a mishap with my birth control pills happened, and I accidentally ended up getting pregnant. He made it clear he wasn’t father material and didn’t need the drama that came with children.
I knew the marriage was temporary, but I fell in love with him and fell hard. He broke my heart and soul, and I had no choice but to leave. I was positive that I could never forgive him until one night, he knocked on my door.
Writing is my passion and my mission is to provide readers with romance novels that will whisk them away into another world and from the daily grind of life - one book at a time.
What was this??? This book has no character development, the plot line is all over the place, and the tropes are so cliched and wildly underdeveloped. I kept reading because I just had to see how horrible this book is. Save yourself and don’t read this. My 11 year old could write a better story than this.

An enjoyable easy read. I liked the characters Miles and Stella and their story which moves quickly. For anyone who’s read Sandi Lynn books they’ll recognise a few names that make a brief appearance.
Let’s just say you cannot get enough of these baby drama books from Sandy Lynn they are fascinating, funny and have a lot of truth in . This time it is Miles Bradshaw. He is part of the Bradshaw Group, and even after the passing of his mother, she is still giving him life lessons.
He tricks a trip to Vegas and never thought for one second that he would find the one yes we all know the old cliché is what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, but this just happens to follow him back to New York.
Stella Harper just trying to make it through to her doctorate to become the child psychologist that she wants to, but when she finds herself out of a job and on a prearranged Vegas bachelorette party, you never know what’s gonna happen. What happens to Stella was for the good !!
Her and Miles might’ve started out as a one night stand, but some loving passionate just plain happy happens. Yes they do have their trials and tribulations to get over but they are out for each other even with the stipulations that his mom has and they make it through God I hope so but when you see all of the characters in this book that come up from past Sandy Lynn Novels will have you laughing and screaming at the same time oh my gosh I remember that one oh my gosh I remember this one. It was a fabulous read !!
Pulling at the heart strings! After the death of Miles’ mother, he thinks he is going to inherit the company he’s worked so hard to build, but his mother has one last request from her grave – for him to get married and the company is his. Blowing off steam in Vegas, he runs into Stella, who was recently fired unfairly from her job as a nanny and is in school to be a child psychologist. When they have one night together and the chemistry is off the charts, and then come to find out they are in the same town, Miles decides to approach her with an agreement that will change her life forever – get married for a year and he will pay for her education. When Stella agrees, things happen lightning fast and they get married and move in together, with Stella starting school, and they start to develop deeper feelings for each other the more they spend together. All that changes when Stella finds out she’s pregnant and Miles reacts very poorly, and when he realizes that he is in love with her, he works overtime to get her back and make the marriage real. This was a cute story and I can’t wait to see what happens in the third installment! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I have to say that I was swept away by these two characters and walked beside them as they fought their feelings and tried to understand feeling they didn't want and/or had never felt before.
Poor Miles stumbled around on his feelings for a while, not understanding what was making him need to be around Stella, especially when he was so set against ever living someone, truly .... and there he was, mucking it up for all to see.
Then there is Stella. Head strong and determined. She had fallen hard and quick, but when the baby came along ... so did more complications in an already twisted and tense fabrication of something that started out fake but became very real pretty fast.
It is a journey!
The ending is a bit rushed but not like in the first book, and I appreciate the look into how things turned out.
Enjoyed it greatly. It's about the story, it's a really good story.
This book was written much better [mmmm ... edited better?] than the first book. So if you were turned off by the mistakes in the first book ... it's okay to read this one! It's better.
Sandi Lynn has done it again. Another incredible read. I could not put this book down. Once again she made me fall in love with her male character. From a man who was a workaholic, lived and breathed his company who never thought of having a relationship let alone a family. Now he is a man who would do anything for Stella. She is the first person he thinks about when he wakes up and the last person he thinks about before going to sleep at night. These feelings are scaring him. They are something he has never experienced before and he doesn’t know how to deal with them. These are feelings he never saw with his parents growing up. From the first time he met Stella he felt something. She changed him and his whole outlook on love and relationships. He never knew what love was like. This book us such a beautiful story of finding love even though you weren’t looking and a forever you never knew you wanted until you found the perfect woman. The only woman who would show you what real love is all about.
Sandi Lynn is unstoppable! Baby Drama II is such a wonderful and enjoyable book and Miles and Stella stole my heart. I have to admit that I definitely wasn’t a huge fan of Miles at first considering he’s emotionally damaged, flawed and has a heart of stone. But then again, this is what Sandi Lynn does best and it’s what keeps me coming back for more when it comes to her books. I adore Stella as she’s an ambitious and intelligent young woman who’s working on getting her master’s degree in psychology while working as a nanny. She and Miles both need each other at the moment considering he needs a fake wife and she needs an income since her wretched boss fired her. What starts out as an agreement/contract turns into more and then when you throw a surprise baby into the mix…well…yeah.
This is a beautiful story of finding true love, learning to open your heart and letting the past go. And I absolutely LOVE that some of my favorite characters from Sandi’s previous books make guest appearances! This five star read is definitely worth a one click.
Sandi has done it again!! A great quick read romance with a hiccup Miles didn't have a childhood fill of parental involvement. It seemed as though he lived his life.all for the sake of his family's company. He was completely shocked to find out what his mother did in her Will. So he did what any billionaire bachelor would do to gain his birth right. Miles was basically a sweet and caring man but never intended on settling down. Stella was a struggling young woman living in NY and continuing her education while she worked to cover rent tuition. and student loans.she was finishing her masters and determine to move right on to her doctorate. Then her world turned upside down. The two main characters meet at a get away weekend and hit it off Fun story little.heartbreak, many male characters of Sandi's show up for Miles, !Miles learns a good lesson the hard way. Enjoy this happy read and see just what happens when you meet the right person.
Another brilliant read from Sandi Lynn never fails to deliver another brilliant story.
Stella loses her job and boyfriend in one day, she decides to go to Vegas to her friends hen do to let her hair down and have some fun.
Miles finds out in his mother's will that the company that is rightfully his will be run by his uncle until he is married and has been for a year before he can take it over, his best friend suggests they go to Vegas for the weekend and have some fun.
Stella and Miles literally bump into each other and sparks fly. After spending some time together after finding out Stella has just lost her job and needs money to carry on with her studies, he offers her a proposal that will help them both.
This story is beautiful & emotional and keeps you reading. You will not be disappointed 😍
I am convinced that everyone leaving 4 and 5 star reviews is being compensated in some way. There is just no way that this many people thought this was a 4 and 5 star book. Sure, the concept is fine. But it is so poorly written. The characters are only written at a surface level. The book makes huge time jumps, sometimes in the middle of a chapter. Some chapters have names and others don't. The MMC insists on annulling the marriage with the FMC and literally as they're leaving the courthouse, he is regretting his decision and trying to date her again. The book is just all over the place, and awful. It didn't need to be written at all, but what was written isn't worth reading after 70%.
I was surprised by this book, I really did enjoy Stella and Miles' relationship. My only complaint is that I felt like their beginning happened to fast and was glanced over, Miles was too quick to change after Stella left. I would have preferred that she hold out on him a little longer and make him work harder for it. Now, with that said, I loved how we got so many glimpses into their future with the kids and growing old, most authors don't do that but I really enjoyed it.
What can I say about Baby Drama 2? It’s a great story and told by an absolute legend! Miles and Stella are both amazing characters apart but together they are brilliant. I have really enjoyed reading their blossoming relationship grow. I also love that Sandi incorporated quite a few of her other male leads in this book including a blast from the past in Collin Black. I have given this book 5 stars and I highly recommend you read this book.
What a delightful book to read, Sandi always builds strong and determined women. Stella has a unique personality and Miles, with all his personal issues, presents an evolution throughout the story. As always we have social lessons about classism and prejudice. I love the author's stories, as they are complete and well constructed. I loved the first book in the series and I loved this one even more. Read it, you will love it.
This was a fantastic book from start to finish. Sandi you have done us proud again with another fabulous book.
I loved Stella and Miles and the chemistry they had. To have an unplanned pregnancy that was brilliant. But when Miles found out about it he wasn’t one bit happy but to break Stella’s heart was so sad. But it was good on how Miles began to come to his senses and realized what he has lost.
I am so looking forward to book 3 to see who the lucky people are.

Wow another absolutely five star must read. Stella and Miles are amazing he needs a wife she needs money for school But the chemistry between them prevails and then a baby! Miles is stubborn but deep down knows he loves her,and bringing characters from other books wow again I loved it! Stella was amazing strong funny. They are perfect together! Just loved this book! You rock Sandi Lynn!
Miiles needed a wife so he wouldn't lose his company. His mother's will said if he didn't find a wife and stay married for a year, he would not inherit the family company. Along comes Stella who he thought would be a one night stand and then a convenient bride. Of course Stella winds up pregnant and it changes Miles. This is a really sweet love story and once you start reading you won't be able to put it down. Would make a great summer read.
I loved this story and it was a lovely easy read. The only thing that annoyed me a little was that Stella forgave Miles way too easy in my eyes. She definitely needed to let him sweat a little bit. Apart from that I loved the 2 main characters together and how their relationship built over the story. Thank you again Sandi for a great story and can’t wait for baby drama 3 🙌🏼
I enjoyed this book so much! I love all the name drops from other series and books!! When they all became board members that made my day!! When I tell you I love all of Sandi Lynn’s books and read every single one multiple times because they just make you feel good and happy! I do love accidentally pregnancy and how the story pans out! Definitely would love you see all these characters together again!!
But here I am at 12:00 midnight making this review , I gotta say I have always been a major fan of Sandi Lynn work and again she did not disappoint. I love the way she writes her women in her stories and how the women is this powerful being. Let's not forget that the man are really good men and in the end does the right things. I am so looking forward to more of Sandi Lynn books. 💞
Absolutely loved this story, working as a nanny, loving the children she cared for, only to be derailed by the parents. This story is another one of the best, romance, funny and yet filled with drama, and rich snobby people. Yep, you will laugh, feel, and maybe have a little heartbreak. Enjoy, loved it❤️!
This book is an excellent book to read when you feel the weight of negativity getting to you. There is some angst, but it is overwhelmingly positive with humor included. Not the silly kind of humor, but well-written twists. I will keep this book on my list of books to read for a pick me up.
I like all things Sandi Lynn, Miles Bradshaw mother passed away instead of leaving the family corporation to his uncle. He had one year to marry and another year to stay together. Miles was pissed. He and some friends went to Vegas for RR where he met Stella. He asked Stella to be his fake wife for a year. She agreed and it all went crazy good from there.
This book is definitely a little different and books. I’m used to reading in the romance category. The characters were a little stilted and one dimensional the romance of the story, kind of came to a conclusion in the middle of the book and then the rest of the book is just about their lives from that point forward. Definitely different.
Another great book from Sandi. Baby drama two. This is Miles and Stellas story and apart from the initial dramas it turns out to be a cute story. Miles and Stellar have their ups and downs but their love shines through. A great read for a rainy day. I recommend this book if your looking for a light hearted, cute book to read.
This accidental pregnancy book has everything you could ask for. A fake wedding, a Vegas trip and oops a baby on the way. Miles and Stella might seem as complete opposites but when they are stuck with a bundle on the way the real romance happens. Sandi Lynn once again leaves the reader smiling. Cannot wait for more in the series.
I need me a Miles! Both characters were amazing, both strong minded, caring, and loving. Although miles had his issues from when he was a child, he got through them and became such a wonderful man for Stella. I love that Stella had a backbone and never let anyone push her around. The story was well written, and I love how much extra she gave us at the end.
Stella and Miles , what a great story! Miles never planned to get married or start a family. When his mom died she left a stipulation that Mile needed to marry if he wanted to become CEO. When he goes to Vegas he meets Stella ! Read now to find out how their love story ends! Don’t forget to read the others in this series! You won’t regret it!
