As someone with an interest in art and also as a teacher (not a therapist), I found this an interesting read. It provides an overview of art, therapies and what forms it can take, the idea that it can benefit anyone's wellbeing and also where it forms therapeutic practice. It also explores symbolism, journalling, and self discovery. An excellent introduction. Recommended.
