This is the first book I read in English! and I am very excited because I have understood very well, only a few words no but in general yes. OK Jane Eyre, I read this book at the beginning because I assumed it was a punishment, I love reading, so this reading was not a punishment. I loved it, I know this book is set in the 30s, so the plot reminderd me Pride and prejudice, but they do not look alike. I liked Jane, she is intelligent and beautiful. Edward was strange sometimes, but he is a good man, he was unhappy and found love in Jane. In the end I didn't like it so much, maybe it was karma for Edward, but his eyes? Why God? Seeing the world is the best of the universe. But then, I loved this story and will see the movie soon!
Oh, my dearest Jane Eyre. I honestly don’t know what topic I want to discuss with you first.
For my English skills, this book was perfect. I dont understood a few words, but it doesnt metter. I really enjoy it!
Jane had a difficult hard times, and sometimes I feel their feeling through the book. It was really a surprising feel. I love classic literature and when my literature teacher told me, that this book is really ‘that great book’, I chose her.
The good old Jane Eyre story made short and put into simple English, printed in large fonts. The pictures in black and white don't look very good but they may be helpful to beginners.
