Pat-a-Cake... The eensieweensie spider... I'm a little teapot... Popular rhymes, games, and finger plays fill this bright and lively board book. Even very young children can sing and play along as they turn each sturdy page.
A very early nursery rhyme book for baby. Good rhymes, fairly cute illustrations, and it's nice and short. We read this one frequently, and enjoyed it.
Imagination library book, just little blips of common nursery rhymes which is sometimes fun but sometimes you want to keep goingggggg. The illustrations in these pudgy books are like so nostalgic/old times which part of me loves and part of me hates.
What can I say? Another Pudgy Book. My daughter loves it. I do not. But I love her, so I read it to her again and again and again, then hide it for a while.
Cute! Not sure if I grew up with different lyrics or words for the songs and rhymes when I was a kid, or if some were changed to be more kid-friendly (Ring Around the Rosies, I’m looking at you.).
