Wonderful version of the Robin Hood legend. Warms the heart!

An anti-tax abuse, natural law, traditional Catholic monarchist hero.

Make England merry again :)

Robin of Locksley, Little John, Will Scarlet, Alan-A-Dale, Friar Tuck and the rest of Robin Hood's Merrymen, the beautiful Lady Marian, and the constantly outsmarted Sheriff of Nottingham. So vividly are the characters drawn that they stay with you. Set in the Sherwood forest these memorable tales continue to reverberate and abide as a parallel for the nobility of the fight against injustice. The Classics Illustrated version if characteristically executed with clever, skillful, charming and often mischievous illustrations. They constitute another wonderful part of my childhood nostalgia.

A good adaptation of the legend with a few stories I hadn't heard from the movies. Robin resembles Erroyl Flynn but that's probably not the worst option.
