At least here I can see how they could fall in love. Looking after the injured one is a pretty common step. But they at least had time and could see good qualities of one another. I actually missed more drama here. It would be more logical to see that men who stole his salmon were sent by hero's nephew. That would b a nice twist. Otherwise they just did their dirty job and disappeared. No one even looked for them.

Budu prozrazovat.

A pak se viděli až na s. 77. Asi dvě minuty spolu pohovořili.
Na s. 84 spolu vypijí sklenku šampaňského.
Pak ji dva dny pozoruje a nic neříká.
Pak jí na s. 87 řekne, aby odjela. Což věděla od začátku. A co udělá ona? Vydala zvuk jako zvířátko chycené do pasti a bez rozmýšlení vyběhla ven na vřesoviště. A šla a šla a šla. Až upadla do vřesu. Bo neměla už nic a chtělo se jí umřít.
Bo ho miluje.

s. 58 Snědla polévku a půl velké omelety. Až už nemohla.
„To proto, že jste hladověla příliš dlouho,“ řekl lékař.
No jo, za pár hodin vyhladověla k smrti.

No vida.

A quick paced Cartland and full of beautiful description. The story was standard for her and the love plot rushed but I loved the remote Highland setting and the descriptions of the landscape.
