I thought I could finally be happy, but those dreams were shattered the moment I was betrayed by someone close to me. Delivered into the hands of the monster, I try to run, which leaves me chained to a bed and left to rot. He believes I need to remember how much we love one another, that making us a family will be enough to make me forget my men… Will they find me before I lose all hope? Or will I be stuck with the monster who makes the darkness eclipse everything, that ending my life is the only way I can see as a way to escape his clutches?
Briliant! So many different interesting and exciting tropes! I loved the last epilogue🥹🥹 I cried a lot reading this book and the end was amazing. A very good serie, I really recommand it! P.S. Just read the trigger warnings!
Pretty consistent book throughout the trilogy, there were lulls and development. The whole Ellie thing coulda probably just been dropped and it would been fine. Brenn being into men was fun and I was hoping to see some Zander x Noah action but oh well. I liked the story of chase and clover but yeah just slightly repetitive overall. Didn’t like wow me but it was still a decent read.
In my previous review, I mentioned that I was confused by the author's timeline of when Autumn was taken by Jane, when she was violated by Charlie, and when Chloe was born. It just didn't seem to line up well. I'm not sure if this was pointed out to her before publishing this book or if she just decided to write it in, but it's a bit more thoroughly explained here. I still don't recall if it all actually lines up with the other books, but in the end, it really doesn't matter.
While I'm not sure if everyone would agree with me, I really enjoyed the new additions to our group! I didn't see it coming at the beginning, and I liked how it was done.
What I really liked was the final chapter and epilogue. Autumn finally found her happiness, which was out of reach for so many years. When everything seemed so bleak, it was like she would never get past the pain, guilt, or overall darkness. It was great seeing her years later with her family!
This book was definitely my favourite of the three. My biggest critique is that the series needs a major overall in the editing department, but the story itself is a great one.
You my friend have done it again. I was on the edge of my seat from the second I started reading. Given all the teasers I’ve been given you would think nothing would surprise me. But you had my jaw on the floor again. I love you and hate you for it all at the same time. As much as Autumn’s men take care of and make sure she has what she needs, she reciprocates it right back, even with Brenn. Their thoughtfulness alone is just unmatched. The plates. And Dom is 100000% correct. Zander is the man in the relationship and they are indeed all of his bitches.
Zander, Tobias, and Sebastian will forever hold a place in my heart. They’re soft touches and unparalleled love for autumn and her healing healed me from my own.
My mental health has to come first, and waiting for him to be a good parent to me isn’t worth it if he doesn’t want to be. — nothing has ever rang more true.
“Own me, Mama. Prove I’m yours, forever.” Tobias forever making me a puddle, I love that beautifully broken man. Sebastian my favorite little angry nerd and Zander my favorite protector.
Brenn and Aidan’s banter and Dom and Noahs nonsense though was the perfect dose of laughter within all the chaos.
I’ve been anxiously waiting for this book but at the same time I’m so devastated that it’s over and that their story is finished. But Autumn grew into herself and overcame her trauma within the arms of her men. For as broken as they all were before meeting Autumn and then watching them break and come back together stronger than ever.
The Epilogue though 👀👀

Final in this contemporary rh trilogy. The lack of adequate editing and incorrect punctuation continue to mar this series. The misplacement of simple commas and quotation marks make this challenging to read. I respected the first two books as they dealt with the sensitive mental health issues plaguing the heroine. This final volume veered away from any semblance of reality. Our seriously suicidal fmc is kidnapped and abused until she falls so ill she conveniently doesn't remember her captivity upon her rescue. She has 5 men in her harem and gains another. This book describes the characters' sadistic torture of various people from her past who "done her wrong", in between raucous sexual adventures. There are vague references to the characters' outside world, implying some connections to the criminal underworld. This world development is non existent and the characters don't appear to have any kind of gainful employment or outside activity other than going to " college" intermittently. If this is all you want then it's an ok series. I feel it fell short in the Last volume.
It's been a while since I've read a whole series without reading other books inbetween. I can honestly say I wasn't bored.
Personally I'm glad this plot didn't end up with MM like so many RH reads lately. Instead of forcing MM down our throats we got to side watch Brenn and Aiden. I'm there for that cause it sounds like another book, so many threads to pick up on there.
I know this will sound evil but Jane (mother) should have been in that basement right next to Charlie. She got off way too easily. If anything she should have been kept semi alive even longer.
Dominic still ended up as my favourite, there wasn't really much competition to be fair. Also the others did fade into the background a bit.
So this book picks up where the last one left off. Autumn was deeply betrayed by someone she trusted and kidnapped by the monster of her childhood who is completely psychotic, a pedophile and obsessed with Autumn. While in captivity she is kept somewhat alive by Noah, a doctor, and son of her abuser. She’s rescued and doesn’t remember the two weeks she was held in captivity. Her guys are all deeply shaken by what happened but are with her every step of the way. Noah felt a “connection” with Autumn and refuses to leave her when she’s rescued. The guys all concoct a plan to catch Charlie, the psycho pedophile, and with Noah’s help they capture Charlie. They keep him alive for a week torturing him so each member of the “family” can get “closure.” Charlie is eventually killed…brutally, and Autumn is finally free. Noah confesses his feelings to Autumn saying he wants to be part of her “harem.” The book concludes with Autumn adopting two children and being proposed to by her guys.
**THOUGHTS/OPINIONS**
Soooo…this book felt rushed in many ways. It felt as if the author had all these loose ends to tie up that the book just quickly tried to conclude each loose end without the thought of plot progression. Ellie frankly doesn’t get the “ending” she deserved…and honestly Autumn was waaaaay too forgiving. Hell, Ellie gave Autumn over to her abuser and she almost freaking died, not to mention she was sexually assaulted - AGAIN! Sorry, there’s no forgiveness in my mind for someone as selfish and stupid as Ellie. Noah is BARELY in the story and yet we are to believe that Autumn just accepts him into her harem…just like that? I get that he “saved her.” But his character just wasn’t developed enough to make his presence in her life believable. It was way too fast, and honestly just not at all believable. The same can be said of Noah’s brother Aiden, he’s the head of the Irish mafia, we’re told. But get no background of character development from him…and at zero hour we’re supposed to believe that Aiden and Autumn’s brother Brenn are now “a thing,” yeah, a couple. Huh?! Where did that even come from? There wasn’t even any indication that Aiden and even Brenn were gay, or bi, or whatever. We literally GET one line where Aiden smolders at Brenn and Brenn tells him they’ll uh, finish their activities in his bedroom. WTH?! It literally not only comes out of nowhere, but Aiden is a character that’s introduced at like the last minute as well. The reader doesn’t get to feel emotionally connected to him at all!!!! It just made no sense for the author to introduce brand new characters if she wasn’t going to give them any DEPTH or time on the page. The series honestly did not need Aiden and Noah. And although they had potential, it would’ve taken at least another book for the reader to become invested in them. As much as I liked how Charlie was uh, disposed of (lol - yeah I’m violent when the characters are evil pieces of shyte, I don’t mind that he was tortured to death frankly) his capture was SOOOOO anticlimactic and quick!!! He’d been tormenting Autumn for so long, and escapes when Autumn is rescued only to fall for a clear “set up” by his son? It was way too “neat” and easy. I mean there was literally no show down, nothing. He was just captured. It was as I said seriously anticlimactic. As sweet as it was that Autumn adopted Chase and Clover, again they were two side characters that were literally THROWN INTO THE BOOK at zero hour. You hardly even read about them. You just get this cute five year old boy introduced who instantly is like “Autumn’s going to be my new mommy.” Uhmmmm again, WTH?! Then baby Clover at THE VERY VERY END OF THE BOOK. She’s just…there. And Autumn is like, oh she was abandoned, okay, I’ll take her too. There was no believable backstory, no depth in that plot device to make it believable in the least. It was just head scratching that the author kept introducing seriously RANDOM characters into her series at the very last moments, and just, uh, what, assumed the readers wouldn’t have questions, or feel “cheated.” If she wanted these characters in the series then honestly the series needed to be longer!! There was no development, no depth. It was seriously befuddling. I kept asking myself “why are these characters even here?” They are literally adding nothing to the story. And if the author had wanted them to add to the story, then yes, there needed to BE MORE STORY. Even the original guys in Autumn’s harem got “short changed.” The author seriously didn’t balance out her character development. Some of the guys, frankly, most of the guys didn’t feel properly developed and lacked any sort of depth. Sure Autumn spoke of how each one “gave her something she needed” but their characters didn’t have enough page time to really show what that was. Autumn’s dad was a dick. And again, he should not have been forgiven so quickly. There needed to be more story to really show how he had changed to make Autumn forgiving him believable to the plot. The epilogue was…well, lame. Sorry it was. She adopts the two random kids that were literally thrown into the book with no real backstory or character development, and gets proposed to…the end. Again, head scratcher. I felt as if this series had so much potential but was paced really poorly AND executed poorly. Again, there was potential which was why I gave it 3 stars, but it lacked a lot, and in the end left the reader feeling as if they had been interrupted in the middle of a meal. It just didn’t deliver.
MCs: Autumn, Atlas, Dominic, Sebastian, Zander, Tobias, and Noah
The Gist:
Review: I don’t want to be harsh here—I know the author is aware that this series needed way more editing, and I’m pretty sure it was her first published work. That said, I have to be honest: the quality just isn’t there.
Character development: Incoming disappointment. There really wasn’t much. Autumn is written as the ultimate victim-turned-untouchable goddess, with any supposed "flaws" never actually treated as flaws. I could maybe look past that (self-indulgent FMCs happen), but the guys? Yikes. Dominic had his moments, sure, but for the most part, they were all just... there. They worshipped her, agreed with everything she did, and fell to their knees in complete, unwavering devotion. Don’t get me wrong—I love love. I love loyalty. I don’t need unnecessary drama. But this wasn’t romance; it was one-dimensional hero-worship.
Plot: Yikes! Autumn is in danger because... reasons? Her mother’s gang involvement? Yeah, let’s just forget about that. Charlie outsmarting a trained team like he’s some criminal mastermind? Not buying it. The entire storyline felt like it was just throwing obstacles at Autumn without much thought behind how or why they made sense.
Final Thoughts? This felt like a very early work from an author still finding her footing. There’s potential, and I wouldn’t be surprised if her later books are stronger. On the bright side? If she sticks to this genre, she’s definitely got the smut down—because this thing was packed with it.
An absolutely phenomenal book! It’s an amazing story of healing, love, perseverance, and family also let’s not forget that smut is included! In the first two books you learn that Autumn has been through so much in such a short life time but she fights with everything she has to get through these traumas she has endured. Her men have encouraged and helped her throughout her journey of healing but honestly it wasn’t easy and they don’t just magically fix it. I really loved how Stevenson wrote Autumn's journey of healing. I find that a lot of books I’ve read with the MFC going through trauma and just completely skipping over it like nothing happened or writing that her man or men get her back and she is magically healed. That’s just not how it works and Stevenson wrote it how it is healing is messy and not easy. Autumns love story with her men is just chefs kiss. They support her care for her and want to be with her every step of the way. Each one of the men have there own trauma or insecurities and I love that just like them with Autumn, Autumn helps heal her men’s traumas and doubts. There is romance and super spicy group scenes! This book isn’t straight smut but has a great plot! It will keep you on your toes the whole time! You will probably yell, cry and cuss Stevenson out but you will be thanking her by the end of it….. probably. Also FUCK YOU CHARLIE!!
I don’t really like mafia books, and honestly, this story could have worked perfectly fine without that element. It didn’t have enough impact on the plot to justify its presence, and at times it felt unnecessary rather than integral to the story.
What I did appreciate a lot was how the struggle with depression was portrayed across different characters. That aspect felt thoughtful and nuanced, and it added emotional weight to the story. However, I really missed seeing more emotional adjustment and internal processing from the other guys. For me, only Dominic truly showed that kind of depth and emotional evolution, which made his arc stand out compared to the others.
The ending wasn’t really my style - it didn’t hit me emotionally the way I usually like - but I can still acknowledge that it was well done and made sense within the story.
Overall, despite my reservations, I enjoyed the reading experience. It wasn’t perfect for my tastes, but it had enough strong elements to keep me engaged.
This is my thoughts on the series as a whole. I want to start by saying I really enjoyed the beginning of this series, the first lets say ten chapters were amazing and emotional and raw. After that things took a bit of a turn, everything was so methodical and shallow from the insta-love to the self-harm. The characters were weak, I could really only remember Dominic and atlas. The dad was so incredibly untreatable and the head of mafia thing was unecessary , it added nothing to the story. I skipped over most of the sex scenes because they were cringy and excessive. And ill wrap this up but if this is supposed to take place in the states the author should've used the proper dialect. A small child in AZ isn't going to say" ttpusers" or "jumper" that is just sloppy. Overall think the author has potential just maybe needs to slow down and stop trying to do so much.
The fact that this series is this authors first is a testament to what is to come in the future. This book was very well written. I loved how the timeline of her healing was realistic and not rushed. The way she portrayed each character was just fantastic. Can I just say Charlie is a cunt and I fucking hate him. He deserved everything he got and more. The way these men took care of him only made me want them even more. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did. You are definitely in for an emotional ride. Because N.E Stevenson knows how to play with your heart. She is the queen of torture but it’s absolutely worth it in the end. I am truly sad this is the end. It’s hard to say goodbye to these men. I wish I could read it for the first time again but reread will happen often that’s for sure. I can’t wait to see what she creates next!
This is a Rollercoaster of a story. It has all the feels. Brilliantly written
I loved it. There is only 2 things that kinda erked me. One that you made her father a somewhat bad guy by leaving her there. And 2nd the fact we do t get to know what the surprise is. Is it a baby that is Noah's cause he looks like Chloe. I would of loved seeing that. Anyways this book has so many ups and downs. Happy and angst. But I love how the guys always treated her. I even loved the fact that Noah joined the Harem. I liked him. This was amazing writing. I love Multi POV because we get to understand what everyone is thinking even if it's not the main character. Like her dad her brother Aiden for example. It's very well written. This one of the best series I've read and highly recommend it to everyone who loved RH.
I loved all 3 of these books the story kept me wanting more and this last book hasn’t disappointed but I’m going to cry if there isn’t a 4th book the way that ended I need to know what chlo has sent!! Spoilers 🔥🔥🔥 When autumn gets took by Charlie by heart was in my mouth the whole time and the longer it went on I didn’t know if the boys would save there girl again or not. Noah I wasn’t sure on at first he grew on me I didn’t know if he was genuine at first but omg my little man chase just had me giggling and nearly sobbing the way he just wants a ma to love him forever! I waited long enough for this book that I actually forgot the realise day then it popped into my head and I read it and read it and could not get enough!

Overall, this series had potential and all the makings of something great but imo it didn't completely deliver. It honestly could have been a duet because the constant back and forth between her being safe & in danger was just too much. I get that she was taken by Charlie but him outsmarting these trained 'mafia' men? Like be so real. Also, why are we introducing ANOTHER man during the last book? None of the mmcs were really memorable aside from Dominic and Atlas (even thats a stretch because I really only remember Dom). Also, the nicknames were just too much for me because Stranger Girl? wth is that.
Anyways, I think this author could have had an amazing book on their hands if it went through way more editing than it got.
A beautiful conclusion to Autumn's story. This series was so heartbreaking but inspiring at the same time. The strength, perseverance, and love were beautiful to read. It was a very real depiction of it being okay not to be okay. As a first series, this author did a fantastic job writing a convincing and thoughtful set of books. I absolutely loved Autumn and her men, with all the extra additions in this book. Justice was served, and this gave them the room they needed to heal the rest of the way.
This was a great idea end to an emotional rollercoaster. I liked that the MFC did not just get over her trauma like some books. The author seems to of really looked it to mental health and it shows. 6 men is a lot but l loved everyone of them, the dynamic between them all worked really well. The book ended well, can't wait for the next thing this writer brings out
Absolutely perfect. It’s got me feeling all the feels and this last book makes me want to cry for their well deserved happiness. It’s not for the light of heart though because there are some pretty gruesome details when it comes to Autumn’s Men’s revenge. There were some technical errors with punctuation, extra words, and grammar here and there. Personally though, I was so absorbed that I easily looked over it. Great book.
Who’s crying? Not me I’m chopping onions. This was such a great series, and this ending was wrapped up so beautifully. Even with the new addition.-which I don’t usually like. Dominic the psycho puppy was definitely my favorite. I really enjoyed this series i cant wait to see what this author has up their sleeve for their next book.
I hated that the author constantly screwed up the correct use of the words cum vs come. She would use it correctly, only to turn around and screw it up.
And she could have had the editor proof read because, there were many other mistakes in this book but, as I said, overall, I enjoyed the series.
the ending was too good and answered everything i needed it to. i love chase for autumn and i love how the guys accepted noah. his and doms relationship is so funny i thought maybe there would be some feelings there for a bit. that ending was so sweet ugh. i wish we got more buildup to noah, they said i love you kind of fast but its kinda expected with these guys lol
While this book still had quite a few editing errors, I absolutely loved the wrap up and conclusion of this story. That last epilogue really hit my heart hard. I do wish we had gotten to see more time with her getting to know Noah, but I'm really happy with the way everything wrapped up.
The first 30% of this was was hard going, but the rest of it more than made up for it (and I don't mean this in a bad way - just that Autumn and her guys went to hell and back). This was the perfect ending to Autumn's story.
This last book was everything I expected it to be. Autumn has her family with some new members. Her father finally grew some balls and apologized for his behavior and actions. There were a lot of ups and downs but Autumn and her men got justice. Great HEA.
Completely and utterly messed up but I'm a good, gut wrenching, sad but happy kinda way. That ending was everything, need to pull myself together, I can't remember the last time an ending had me so broken.
I loved this series so much. I have tears rolling down my face. What a rollercoaster ride that was. My heart broke and slowly got put back together again. Amazing five star read that I would definitely recommend.
This series had so much! Many triggers, tears, fears, love, laughs, mob, murder…just so much. But all so well put together. Really enjoyed it. I laughed and cried. So happy I found it and read.
Im so sad that this was the end. Im gonna miss this book so much. Im so happy that Autumn and the guys got the happily ever after. I really loved the new charachers. Also the epilogue was so heartwarming.
I loved this series and book 3 the most. So many tears! Be ready to cry, a lot! I loved the ending! I think of all the characters my favorite was Dominic. Crazy loves crazy. Looking forward to reading more his from this author.
Ahhhhh, that ending was perfect!! Honestly wish the series could have gone on longer, and cannot wait for the promised novella of our her and her men/children/dog's. So much heartbreak, so much love.
