Challenging, meaningful read

This challenging text was one I had to read for class. Very heavy research; not written for someone who is looking for quick fixes to a major issue.

Diversity and Leadership

I felt as though I was getting a wrap on the knuckles for being a Westerner. The book was a must-read for a class nothing more.
