Damn I really will read anything to avoid reading Emma and Gossip girl. Anyway, good book had everything I wanted. UPSET BECAUSE ITS A SERIES AND NOW I HAVE TO PHYSICALLY EMBARRASS MYSELF BY READING ALL THE OTHERS. Anyway it was good and I like all the detail and honestly it went deeper than other ones normally do but honestly all good. I liked that there was half a sex scene because I'm not a sex girly but you know

Beautiful Read
This story is breathtakingly beautiful. Sean and Gabby are beyond perfect for each other. The surprise that comes is one that made me even happier. Their journey together is memorable. The writing and flow of this book is top notch. I beyond recommend this book and series.

This is the first book by Kate Oliver I've read and it won't be the last. I really enjoyed Gabby and Sean's story. She's been abused and that has made her very weary of being around other people. She gets a job as a housekeeper in a BDSM club where the owners know her background from her former boss. The patience and gentleness Sean shows her won me over. You know he's a good Daddy and will do whatever he can to help her!! With time and patience, she slowly learns to trust him and become comfortable around him but when she learns something about his past, she's worried that he will make her leave his home! Can they work it out? This was such a good story and I'll be looking up other books by Ms. Oliver.

Lovely heartwarming read
Gabby is such a sweet troubled heroine through no fault of her own....left traumatised and suffering from crippling anxiety because of childhood abuse.
Sean is a sweetheart of a Daddy we met in a previous book.
Their story is very emotional and I loved every page, it's well written and a great read, makes you really care about both main characters. I've read the previous three books and loved them too and it was lovely to revisit some of the previous players in this book , can't wait for the next.....If you love books about Daddies and their Little's I recommend you give this series a try.

I liked this story with the gentle Sean and the frighted and damaged Gabby. It was great to see them get through all of the problems and to see Sean do everything that he did in order to make her happy and improve the quality of her life. I loved seeing all of the friends that she had and that she really wasn't as alone as she often felt. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content and a BDSM-DDLG relationship.

Okay, so after reading a few daddy romances, i realise age regression, diapers, corner time, and infantilizing isn't my cup of tea, which isn't the book's fault. However, spanking, pampering and support apparently is. There's a fine line it seems, but hey this is why we try new books to learn these things.
Although i really like how Sean earnt Gabbys trust slowly and helped her through learning herself, her panic attacks and teaching her she is worthy of love and deserves it. I mean my man even paid for therapy and an emotional support animal after giving Gabby her own nursery at his house so she wouldn’t have to live in her car anymore. That's a big old green flag.
After her trauma, she is left scared, and once she trusts Sean, they attempt to be intimate, and it triggers her PTSD, although there he is, sitting with her, understanding and still supporting her. In the nd they fins positions that work for her. His nurturing nature and patience is refreshing, and its nice to read a character that isn't morally grey for one. There is even found family (literally in the form of a lost sister), although also in the other Daddies, and Mummy who work with her at The Playground.

Really enjoyed this book. Great to read a book where it’s not instantly happy ever after.
Gabby has had an horrific childhood, and it has made her terrified of all men. When Zane (The owner of The Playground.) realises that Gabby is sleeping in her car, he asks Sean if she can stay with him. As soon as Sean first sees Gabby he’s drawn to her. It takes Sean a lot of time and patience for Gabby to start to trust him, and it’s so sweet how he wants to help her so much. Sean isn’t a usual daddy, as he isn’t as strict and he needs someone like Gabby.
I really loved that Gabby’s issues aren’t easily fixed, (As they are in some books.) and it’s takes her having intense counselling and work to help her enjoy her life. It’s way more realistic that it’s not an easy fix, and she doesn’t instantly trust Sean.

My heart be still and so full! Each story in this series just gets better and better! Sean has been looking for his Little girl and feels he will never find her. Until one day, a shy woman named Gabby is thrust into his life. She has had a horrible upbringing and trusts no one. Can Sean show her that not only is he trustworthy but that he wants her in his life. This story also deals with real life situations like anxiety and how to control it. Gabby is so sweet and kind that you can’t help but fall in love with her. And Sean? All caring and protective especially when it comes to Gabby. I loved everything about this story!

Awesome series
Another win by Kate Oliver West Coast Daddies, we met Sean in the last book with Maddie and Ian. I just love how these books bring the characters into each book. We get to see some old favorites from the previous books of the series. So, Sean and Gabby are the main characters in this story. Gabby comes to work as a cleaner at the club for Zane and Jase. She has had a horrible tragic past. Zane introduces Sean to her, and she moves into his house he is a soft Daddy a little different than we are used to in previous books. Might need tissues with this one. Loved it.

This one definitely pulled at my heart strings big time. Sweet Gabby been through so much in her past that her anxiety kept her from being around other people or crowds. Men terrified her big time. Going to Seattle in hopes to find answers on her past she gets a job as a cleaner at the playground. There she meets Sean and even though she is beyond terrified she needed someone who is gentle like Sean. When she confessed to Sean about her past it broke me and feeling her pain. I love how the books takes you through the ups and downs for people who have anxiety and how emotional support animals and beneficial. Way to go Kate. Onto the next in the series.

I have read all of Kate Oliver's books and her writing and stories just keep getting better. It was so nice to read a Daddy Dom book with a sweet, calm and steady daddy. Like all heroes Sean is always there for Gabby when he is needed and of course he is. Kate's handling of trauma, is as always, well done. Without giving away any spoilers, the last third of the book has a great surprise and the ending wraps so much up nicely. Thoroughly enjoyed.

One of the sweetest ddlg stories I have ever read!
I wish that abuse didn't exist and never happens, but it does. The damage that it inflicts both physically, mentally, and emotionally is catastrophic. This story deals with it's affects carefully, while still making for a tender feel good love story. Some authors make their characters so real it makes you want to meet them in person, Kate Oliver is one of them!

A fantastic read that I didn’t want to put down!
This story captured what a Daddy and Little Girl’s relationship should be about. The caring nature of Sean just melts your heart. He could feel what a wounded girl Gabby was and wanted to give her the love and support she deserved. This is one of my favorite books, such a beautiful story about love that doesn’t give up! This book was amazing, so many emotions pour from my heart. Gabby was a mess when she met Sean. She had been physically and mentally abused. She was also a “Little”, and afraid of everyone and everything. She had panic attacks, that just didn’t stop. Sean steps up to try to help her, please read this book and see how the couple made it. This is a five star book and ten star author❤️❤️.

Sean is a soft daddy and that is just what Gabby needs after living a life filled with abuse. He takes great pains to earn her trust.
The author does a wonderful job of connecting the reader to the characters. I felt as if I knew them. There is so much emotion and I found myself tearing up at times and cheering Gabby on other times. this is an amazing addition to the series and I would definitely recommend it.

It was refreshing to see a Soft Daddy and a more traumatized Little as opposed to it all being a Mega Dominant Daddy & Naughty Little.
I love all types of Daddies but it’s really nice to get different types of Daddies in the mix!
I truly enjoyed this book and pray that more people give Kate’s books a read too because she writes beautifully and honestly.

I read it all through out the day; excellent.
Gabby had a terrible start to her life and we don’t get to know the extent of it until further in the book. She was sent to work at “the Playground”. It was Zane that thought of calling Sean to come and take the young woman in. It was a struggle for her and reading her story just got better and better as I continued to read. What a great story.

Great Story
I enjoyed reading this story and we'll be reading it again. The story flows perfectly. I don't know if I am explaining this correctly. The author wrote this story completely with no holes with wonderful characters. With a smile and a happy sigh, I look forward to this author's next book.

My new favorite of the series
I loved Gabby and Sean’s story! It’s definitely angsty, but also sweet and heartwarming. I spent half of the book wanting to hug Gabby and the other half wanting to hug Sean and the other Daddies for being so kind and patient toward Gabby. I’m very much looking forward to Damian’s story next and am curious to see if Zane and Jace find their Little

HAE's do happen. Love, love, love this Author and series! Such believable characters. I'm a sentimental slob at heart, so I cried for the character, Gabby. It was actually refreshing reading about a "soft" and gentle Daddy. I absolutely recommend this Aurhor's works!

Refreshing and real!
One of the best DD/LG books I’ve read in a while. I skipped around to this individual in the WC Daddies collection cause it definitely called out to me more and once again I was amazed with Kate Oliver’s ability to keep the story relatable, funny, loving and sexy! Can’t wait to read more!

As a child of abuse I know the difficulty of surviving and trying to have a good life. Whew ! It is hard.
But ! After 51 years of marriage to a wonderful man I can say it can be done.
Gabby hit me hard and I cannot tell you how many times I cried. And I rooted for Sean 100% !
I loved this story and the HEA.

Sean is a total sweetheart!
Gabby has more issues than National Geographic, but Sean has the patience of a saint. Zane puts them together when he finds out Gabby lives in her car. Sean takes the rest of it and makes her world perfect. When she finds her sister, it only gets better from there. This book will give you all the feels, has an amazing HEA. Loved it!

Patience ~
I loved this story. It dealt with her past abuse and panic attacks in a very down to earth, real, and heartfelt way. His patience with her was amazing, but that’s love. I enjoyed when she started opening up to tell, and told him everything. It was sad, but when they found happiness together, it was fantastic! Loved the epilogue!!

I love these books!
I started with the Daddies of the Shadows series because it sounded so cute. I loved every single one of those books. I’m not part of that lifestyle but I love seeing the men that would do anything for their women, including give them boundaries, rules and discipline when needed. I need more from this author. I only have 1 more book that I haven’t read.
