I am interested in journalling for productivity in the context of work. This book is more about life planning, aligning your life goals with your principles, etc. If you are interested in that or you are looking for a way to start journalling then this could be for you. It is comprehensive in scope and gets you to really think about your life. I accidentally bought it instead of another book. Amazon are so kind they gave me my money back.
