Kash has attachment issues, being one of the of the last surviving saber tooth tiger shifters he has to be selective when choosing a mate. But when Mari checks into The Monster Resort and he catches her scent, all bets are off. She's his and he'll do whatever it takes to convince her.

A fun little story about a saber tooth and a human at a resort!

All of Elliot’s stories have a nice little level of spice and a cozy ending. This one is no exception. If you’re looking for a little shifter romp at a resort I highly recommend this one!

Was this exquisite state of the art literature? No. Was it written beautifully? Also, no. Was I having the time of my life reading it? Yes I was. Give me a possessive shifter man who tells his mate to run and you have my full attention.

Read it in 30 minutes. Good vibes only here. A monster resort would be a good concept for a full length book ngl.

Finding His Mate . . .

This is a cute (or maybe just frustrating) story of Kash and Maribelle (“Mari”) finding each other. The interactions between the main characters seem destined not to happen. When Mari checks in at the Monster Resort, she and shifter Kash, a sabertooth tiger, immediately take notice of each other. But Mari seems hesitant, not sure whether she is imagining the attention, and Kash doesn’t want to rush her, despite his tiger pushing him to claim her immediately. He still hasn’t even talked to her!

When Mari sees the man rushing out the back door and stands up to follow him, the hellhound bartender warns her to ignore him. Many women have propositioned him before, but he has no interest in anyone. He tells her the sabertooth is waiting for his perfect match and no one else stands a chance with him. Neither Mari nor Kash knew that they both spent the entire next day wandering around looking for each other. Returning to their rooms, they both end up on the crowded elevator; she looks at him, hoping he will get off on her floor. But he looks away as if he never saw her, afraid his tiger is out of control and could hurt her in its eagerness. She’s starting to think he’s not at all interested and she should move on. Will they finally get on the same page and realize that they are mates and belong together? Or will the vampire she meets in the club have other ideas?

No Knot About It is Book 1 of The Monster Resort series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, paranormal fated mates, girl gets her shifter romance. Maribelle (Mari) is a 33 year old smart and sassy journalist. Kash is a hunky, grumpy, broody, possessive, alpha sabertooth tiger shifter. His family are the last ones left. He and Mari are both vacationing at the Monster Resort. She came to get away from her overbearing mother after Christmas. Kash is always looking for his mate. When he sees Mari for the first time, he knows she is his mate. She feels the pull, too. Their chemistry is insanely hot, and we get a very happy ending. I love Elliot's stories as they are always short, fun, light-hearted, and whimsical reads. They aren't to be taken seriously and are always deliciously steamy. This was no exception. I loved it!.

Mari (h) checks in to The Monster Resort in hopes of having some fun to distract her from recent family criticism regarding her life choices. Saber tooth tiger shifter Kash (H) is immediately drawn to her scent and stalks her around the resort but keeps holding back as he worries that she’s not ready for his beast. Mari notices Kash and tries to communicate her interest in him but he seemingly rejects her. When Mari seems to be moving on, Kash’s tiger is ready to spring into action and things begin to heat up between the two, but he’s waiting on something, and Mari isn’t sure what to make of his reluctance to mate and claim her. Mari has just had a car crash of a family holiday and has come to stay at the Monster Resort to hopefully boost her spirits and self confidence.

Kash is a sabre tooth tiger shifter and has been keeping himself aloof until he finds his mate. One look and scent of the young woman at reception and he knows.

A wonderful fun and steamy shifter instalove romance. Thoroughly enjoyable. This is the first book by this author that I've read and I will definitely be looking out for more.

I love the idea of this book, with a monster hotel. So original. I'd like to see a whole series of books based on this idea. This novella was so good, so sexy! I really liked the ending (no spoilers), I thought it made the rest of the book seem possible. It wasn't just meet, jump in bed and get married. I can't wait to read more of this series!.

I do love it when short stories can be fun, steamy and an enjoyable read. A nice mix of two main characters, mating attraction, sexy scenes and fun at the Monster Resort. Just because its a short story does not mean it can be lacking in enjoyment, entertainment and shifter mating adventure. Just right on this short story.

This was an insta-love, paranormal romance between Maribel, a human, and her sabertooth mate. The anticipation was definitely built up while they were looking for one another. However, when they do eventually meet, it's almost anticlimactic. They are cute together, the chemistry was hot. Overall, good quick read.

This is at best an outline for a story. It's like a choose your own adventure story, except instead of picking between two options for what happens next, you get to create the whole story in your head.

Two stars for originality in choosing the shifter type. I don't think I've ever seen another story about a sabertooth tiger shifter.

The only reason this was a DNF was the fact that it was only 50ish pages.

Kash needs a mate but quick being a sabertooth shifter. Not many out there. At the Monster Resort he meets Mari and finds his fated mate. The plot follows their journey. The first book I've read by the author and hope to read more.

Kash and Mari

Yes! This book was the perfect little spicy story! I absolutely loved Mari and Kash together and loved the way they found each other!

The fated mates aspect of the story was really well done and I didn't feel too rushed! I definitely want to see more of Kash and Mari... hopefully they will make an appearance in the next Monster Resort story!

I'm really loving these cute, short and spicy books by Elliot! This one was super cute and quick and of course your hot monster! I've never read about a shifter like the MMC in this book but it was super good!!! If you are a monster smut girly who loves quick reads withinstant love and Fated Mates this is for you!

This is a very quick sweet fated mates romance with a just a hint of steam. This is the story of Mari (human) and Kash (saber tooth tiger). It was a sweet insta-love with a side of spice.

I loved that this a story with a shifter that is not normally talked about, and that the FMC was in her 30s.

If you want a quick read that will make you smile, this is story for you.

This is a short and quick read and the first story in the "Monster Resort" series. What happens there, stays there. The story is paranormal read about Kash and Mari. He is the last of the saber tooth tiger shifters and is drawn to Mari but it takes his tiger to final take control. This is a cute and steamy read about fated mates. It has a fun ending.

A great short story

This is a great short story about Kash ( who is a saber tooth tiger) and Mari ( a human girl) who find out that they are mates. Even though his tiger wants to get down and dirty and doesn’t want to waste time in claiming her Kash takes the time for them to get to know each other. Really love the story.

Short and sweet

Short, sweet and to the point. The perfect pallet cleanser. I picked this up as something between my bigger reads, and wasn't disappointed. Cinnamon roll, alpha male - career driven woman who's struggled to find love. Perfect combination! And he's a tiger!!! First for me for this author but not my last.

I knew exactly what I was getting into when I started this, and it is what I expected. One thing I didn’t expect, was how many times the man bun was mentioned. A blond man is bad enough, but a man bun you won’t let me forget? Eugh. The smut was ok, not enough of it tbh, but overall not bad.
