First, thank you Ann Howard for the marvelous interview process to preserve the service of the women of Australia. Second, if anyone out there knows of a memoir/biography/history of the Australian nurses Port Moresby/Queensland Jan -Mar '43, love to have that title. For those who want to go a little deeper re Australian women service in the intel community, recommend The Secret Code Breakers of Central Bureau by David Dufty. This work is a little off the beaten track for most Americans, yet Australian women faced many of the same challenges as American and British women who served in WW2. Guys are such slow learners.
