Reiterates the basic. I would have liked more examples/photos/drawings. It’s basically a blog post.

Barely more than a pamphlet with no useful information.

I have a strange fascination for reading about how people put their wardrobes together! I loved the concept of the streamlined wardrobe (7 essentials!) and mixing-and-matching. Abiding by that formula goes counter to today's shopping practices, but it encourages knowing oneself and what looks good on one's body. Ultimately, that would translate into confidence and style. I enjoyed the ebook, and the illustrations were very charming.

Glorified blog post

While some of her hints are good, all of it stops a little short of being fully developed. Only 3 profiles of real women, where she could have done a lot more. This content was essentially entirely summed up on the style tips last page. A real disappointment from someone who's trying to develop a personal uniform.

Quick read with great tips

Tips for looking great with little effort. This book gives clear tips and step by step instructions on what clothing items to have in you closet and how to put the pieces together to look effortlessly chic.

More like a booklet than a book (less than 30 pages) and I felt like I wanted more. What I read I liked, though, and I've got a few more ideas about my clothes now as I revamp my closet.

Short and quick, just the thing for the busy mom who wants to chic-up her style. Every thing you need to build a basic, useful, and chic wardrobe. Cute.

Short, but really good and concise. She did have a little better description than some of the French dressing books and websites I've read and watched and that made it worth buying.

Another freebee. Good but short. More like an article than a book. Not just for moms but busy ladies too.

Finally found it!

Loved the way Bryn found a way to share, not just the basics but which basics and why they work! The way French women dress has always intrigued me. Capturing that essence is an art form! Chic is great, but chic and sass, ooh la la!
