Henri's Cellarby Amelie Rose was a most enjoyable read, the story kept my interest from page 1 right to the end. Based on incidents that actually happened in history and the cunning methods the French had of hiding valuables for the German occupiers. The story takes us to the present day and the discovery of hidden art treasures in a concealed cellar. Not a book you want to put down. Certainly an author to follow.

Henri’s Cellar by Amalie Rose is a refreshingly beautiful romance. I cried! I actually cried in several places where the writing was simply exquisite and the characters drawn so real. Along with being refreshing it was also a tastefully executed work. I reveled in the French villages and personalities, bringing back memories of my own visit to France. This author now has a new fan.
