Although I am reading this for a course I really enjoyed the book and it was very helpful in relating information of types to action or behaviors of other types different from mine :)

I truly enjoy learning about MBTI and how people function. This was a quick read, with good stories and insights to help one understand different aspects of personality. I couldn't really get into his writing style though. Although, I think it's a conflict of personality preference. He keeps it very conversational and light, where I wanted a bit more depth. I would recommend this book, if one is interested in learning about how people function, how to relate well to others and meet someone where they are at, as well as learn about one's own preferences.

I appreciated the simple language, but wished it had gone into more detail. I suppose though the generic feel for it was a way to reach out to all of the Meyer-Briggs types. It was a pretty decent book. It gave good pointers for understanding and approaching types that are different than your own.
