Much love for this book that without I wouldn't understand Tensors and be able to do its calculations.
I think it is the best available intro book on this topic.

Good for doing calculations and getting the standard coordinate based view. Last chapter on coordinate free methods comes a little out of the blue, not because it is hard but because it differs from the rest.

Perpahs the best book to start reading about Tensors. It cleared up alot of things I knew but didn't understand. After reading this book we can go for any advanced book based on Tensor
