As an Award Winning and International Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Kobo Best Selling Author, I have always been an avid reader. I joke that I "cut my romance teeth" on the old historical romance books. I’ve written as a hobby for over 30 years. In 2014, I finally gave in to the characters in my head pleading for their story to be told. Thus, Emma's Home was created.

My first novel, Emma's Home became an Amazon Best Seller in 3 categories within the first month of publishing. Its success was followed by the rest of the Fairfield Series and then led into the Love's Series. From there I have continued with the romantic suspense Alvarez Security Series and now the Saints Protection & Investigation Series.

My books are filled with sweet romance and hot sex; mystery, suspense, real life characters and situations. My heroes are alphas, take charge men who love the strong, independent women they fall in love with.
I worked as a counselor in a high school and have been involved in education for the past 30 years. I recently retired and now can spend more time devoted to my writing.

I have been married to a wonderfully patient man for 35 years and have 2 adult, very supportive daughters.
When writing, my dog or one of my cats will usually be found in my lap!

It was time for Oliver to come home, injured in the miltary he had a job waiting for him. His brother Leo was a member of Lighthouse Security and Oliver would be joining him.
Out for pizza he met Charity alone at a table, before they could exchange information she was running after thieves.
She is the director of a safe haven for youths, the homeless and troubled kids finding a new home.
Oliver is there with his team to install security when they meet again.
Trying to save 2 brothers off the street they are drawn into danger involving the FBI.
Will everyone make it out safely.
Great story, I enjoyed every moment.

Every time I begin to read a new book by Maryann Jordan, I feel like it’s Christmas morning and I’m opening up a special present. Time for Home is a heartwarming, feel good story about a former army ranger and a social worker in charge of safe place for homeless children. I enjoyed every single page of the book from beginning to end. Every book Maryann Jordan writes is a gift to be treasured. I am very grateful to have received this ARC from her. I absolutely loved this book!

This is book seventeen in The Long Road Home series and it is Oliver and Charity’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Oliver was a army ranger and enjoyed his job, life and being able to protect but when he is injured and back to being a civilian he needed something to not only ground him but also a place to call home plus a job that fulfilled him especially as he was starting his new job as a keeper for LSI West Coast where his brother Leo also worked. Charity worked at The Bright Futures Home that took in and helped children that were homeless get a better life and even though her job was chaotic and busy every single day she absolutely loved what she did but it didn’t leave her much time for herself or anything else like dating or being in a relationship so reading her romance books was all she had time for. Oliver and Charity met at a pizza place and sharing a table until something happened that put them in different corners of right and wrong and things got a bit out out of hand leaving them walking away from each other. When the home needed extra security to keep everyone safe Carson from LSI told Charity that they would fit a security system at no cost because he liked to help the community Charity was so pleased because money was so tight and this would help them a lot. Charity was shocked when Oliver walked into the home and she found out that he was part of the team that would be fitting the security system and the attraction and chemistry between them was as strong as it was the night that they met and they often thought of each other since the night they first met and when they started spending more time together and talking about her job and what the home did to help people Oliver started to get involved as well and eventually they were unable to deny how they feel but the arrival of two young brothers who are in a difficult situation and have come to mean a lot to them need help also brings along danger and it will take a lot of help from them all including the keepers to not only protect them but also bring the suspects down and make sure that they pay for what they have done. Wow I absolutely loved this book with all it’s twists and turns and emotional situations that these homeless people go through just to survive. This book will take you on a rollercoaster ride that will have you turning the pages to see what will happen next and I loved the outcome for not only Oliver and Charity but also the boys and how they embraced their new life. This book was written with so much care and compassion on a very difficult subject that happens every single day and I felt like I was there living through it all with them. Maryann Jordan is an amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her readers engaged in her stories and I can’t wait to read more books in the future.

This is another beautiful, heartwarming story by Maryann Jordan. Army Ranger Oliver Parker is a former SEAL who injured his leg during a mission. He finally decides it is time for him to move on to a less difficult career. He chooses to move back home to live near his parents and his brother, Leo. Leo gets Oliver a job as a Keeper for the Lighthouse Security where he currently works. Here he can live near his parents and his brother’s family.

Charity lives and works in a homeless center for teens in the same area. She has devoted her life to working for the homeless kids who live at this center. Oliver and Charity meet while eating at a pizza parlor where they are both eating alone. After dinner, they watch two teenagers as they steal take-out pizzas and run for their lives. Oliver chases them to arrest them, while Charity runs after them and refuses to call the police. She wants to help the hungry brothers.

Oliver, who is already attracted to Charity, wants to get to know her better. However, he is very upset with her attitude toward the young thieves. He is also very interested in why Charity gives the stolen pizzas back to the boys and helps them get away. On the other hand, Charity, who is also very attracted to Oliver, is very upset with his response to the boys who stole the pizzas. She is very aware that the boys are hungry and need help.

Coincidentally, Oliver finds out that his new keeper security group already has plans to donate to Charity’s home for the homeless center. They are donating security for the homeless center to keep the residents safe and secure as they all work to help the children get their lives in order.

It is obvious that the lives of Charity and the teens at the center are in danger because they are protecting the children and interfering with their predators. Oliver and the Keepers of Lighthouse Security work very hard to keep everyone at the home safe as they work to get the two boys away from their captors so they can move on with their lives.

Readers will fall in love with Oliver and Charity. Both of them are caring, sensitive, generous people who care about saving the lost children who have nowhere to go. They sympathize with the horrible situations of these homeless teenagers who find it impossible to find safe places to sleep and eat without becoming involved with predators who take advantage of their inability to survive on their own.

How Maryann Jordan goes from
strength to strength is something I will never know, but also something I am wholeheartedly thankful for. No one can deliver such sweet and beautiful reads like Maryann Jordan.

This story is part of the Lighthouse Security Investigations, West Coast and what a compelling and addictive addition it is.

Seeing past characters such as Leo, Natalie and Carson is so great. I love catching up on their lives and where their relationships have become deeper, their bonds more solid.

The MMC, Oliver is a total alpha male. He’s spent his life fighting for his country, protecting those that are unable to protect themselves. He has a strong moral code and a dominant, protective personality.

Charity is the FMC and I admire her strength and drive to help people. She has made it her life’s work and I find her totally awe inspiring. Despite the uphill battle she has in helping others she hasn’t lost her beautiful soul. She has an inner light that burns strong and bright, enveloping those in her vicinity and changing their lives for the better with the merest interaction.

Watching Oliver and Charity come together was so beautiful and heartfelt. The depth and emotion literally floored me. The feelings pouring from the pages made my heart skip a beat. Absolutely stunning in its entirety.

Can’t recommend highly enough.
There seriously are not enough stars I. The night sky to fully do this story justice.

Loved this book as I do all Maryann’s stories. Olives, Kate and his brother Leo as well as Leo’s wife Natalie story hooked me right from the first paragraph…again! Although this story is fiction, the problems of homeless youth, who are vulnerable to abduction or being preyed upon by unscrupulous criminals is very real. Oliver returns home after serving his time in the military, through the Atlanta Airport where he he gives up his seat to a fellow traveller dealing with an emergency at home. He heads to the USO waiting room and of course runs into Blessing who appears to be psychic, but denies it, and who is the official USO greeter. While there Blessing offers “suggestions” to the men and women using the USO waiting room, one of them being Kate from Hollister (Kate and Teghan, another story) who tells everyone to take Blessings suggestions to heart…literally as her predictions for her were totally correct! Blessing tells Oliver to think about time for home, family, good food and love. Kate and Oliver meet by chance at a Pizza restaurant and after sharing a table to make room in the crowded restaurant. When leaving 2 youths steal 3 pizzas and they both give chase, Kate to help them, Oliver to turn them into the cops, and that is where their story begins. If you want to find out more, read this great story. Thanks again Maryann for another great story!

I am hooked on the whole Long Road Home series.
Time for Home brought forth some truly deep emotional feels for me, both good and bad. The journey started out rather slow for me. Setting the scenes or background all upfront does not make a good riveting book from start to finish for me. I loved it eventually as I got pulled into the meat of the story.
Charity and Oliver were rather two kindred souls on what they wanted from life and how they felt what a home full of love should be about and it was beautiful.
The two teens were integral to this story and my feelings were intense as I'd hoped Olli and Char would adopt them, I didn't care how old they were lol. They were awesomeness. Of course it's fiction, but wow, I know a lot of this is someone's realities, sadly.
The FBI is depicted quite like I also feel about them in real life. All about the job, no matter whose lives get ruined. They wonder why people don't want to cooperate. Pfft! See? So well-written it got my emotions full out.
The epilogue and epilogue plus gave me all the happy feels to know how life has progressed for the mains, and for Kofi and Ramzi the two teen brothers involved.
Waiting impatiently for the next installment to the Long Road Home series, needing more cryptic prophecies from Blessing. It's not woo-woo.

This book will capture your attention and hold it page after page! Oliver is headed for WCLSI but first has a stopover at Atlanta airport where he meets Blessing who imparts a special blessing about home and what it will be like. I love the group he meets and can’t wait for the rest of their stories. Oliver is met by his brother Leo and goes to his parents house to out process from the service. Then moves to his Leo and Natalie’s house till he has his own home. He begins work at WCLSI and starts to transition from service life to stateside life. He meets Charity by chance at a pizzeria and as he is leaving hears shouts. Another chance meeting but she leaves again. Third time is a charm and his new assignment is at Bright Futures Home and the director is Charity. As they get to know each other they share their life stories. Oliver learns a lot about the Home and situations about homelessness that affects today’s youth. A few intriguing events lead to the team’s involvement and their realization of how precious their relationship and how needed the Home is for these youth. Blessings words resonated throughout this story and stayed with Oliver. Maryann this book was informative, well written and captured my attention from the first page to the last. 5+ stars.

Another beautiful read by Maryann Jordan. Time for Home is part of the Long Road Home Series and and attached to the Lighthouse Security Investigation West Coast Series. Oliver was on his way back home after sustaining an injury in the military. He was starting his new job working for the same security business that his brother and sister -in- law work at with LSIWC. He comes home with a global view of the world and the bad things that happen in it. But upon a chance meeting with Charity at a restaurant, and how she reacts to a couple of youths - who happen to steal from the restaurant while they are there - Charity starts to open Oliver's eyes and Oliver is educated by what is happening in his own backyard around him. Maryann not only tells beautiful stories but she educates you as well in the realities of the real world. Maryann also puts herself many times into the images of her characters . Charity is no exception. Maryann's background in counseling youth shines through in Charity. Time for Home is about faith, hope, brotherly love (both with Oliver and Leo AND Kofi and Ramzi) and Charity. And suspense throughout to keep the pages turning.

I loved Time For Home . Oliver Parker was home and starting a new job with the same security group his brother and sister in- law work for Lighthouse security Investigations West coast . Oliver had his first week in at LSIWC and decided to stop for dinner at a pizzeria where he meets an attractive woman . They end up sharing a table and conversation . Not sure he would see her again was surprised when they ran into each other when he was chasing after two teenagers Ramzi and Kofi who stole pizzas . Charity Whitlock runs Bright Futures Home a place for homeless youths . Charity didn't think after helping the boys she would see Oliver again , little did she know that he worked for the company that was providing security equipment for the center . Soon they were spending time getting to know each other better and the boys Charity assisted came to the shelter seeking help from the bad situation they were in Oliver and the keepers step in to help . Charity soon finds herself in danger and Oliver must rush to save the woman he loves . This story is a wonderful suspense romance . It's intriguing and heartwarming . I highly recommend taking the time to read .

Time for Home combines two of my favourite series' - The Long Road Home and Lighthouse Security Investigations (West Coast). Oliver is returning home leaving the military following an injury and passes through the USO at Atlanta Airport and is of course party to Blessing's always perfect but mysterious words of wisdom.
Oliver is joining his brother Leo and sister-in-law Natalie at LSI West Coast as a Protector, he is an alpha with a strong moral code, a protector to his core and when he first meets Charity he is intrigued and attracted until he witnesses her seemingly help two young boys steal and get away. Charity is an awesome character, determined and driven to help others especially children abandoned and alone and quickly schools Oliver to open his eyes to what is happening on his own doorstep. Oliver is keen to meet up with Charity again despite not knowing her name and is delighted when they meet again at the Bright Futures Youth Centre which Charity runs and LSIWS is doing some security work for pro bono. Their attraction is instant and blossoms as Oliver works to help Charity get Kofi and Ramzi the two brothers she protected from him originally off the streets.
A beautiful love story at it's heart, it also highlights the plight of children living on the streets having dropped through societies cracks and preyed on by criminals and falling victim of innumerable horrors.
I throughly enjoyed this story, loved Charity who is a shining light as a character, love catching up with all the Protectors and highly recommend you read this book.
I received an arc from the author and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

This talented author once again delivers an engaging and thought provoking story. This stand alone is a combination of the multi authors series The Long Road Home and the author’s Lighthouse Security Investigation West Coast series.
After an injury, Army Ranger Oliver Parker, has left the military. His brother Leo, whom we met in a previous story, introduces him to his boss, Carson, and Oliver is thrilled to be hired by LSI West Coast.
Charity Whitlock, is the director of Bright Future Home , a place for homeless children and teens.
After these two meet one night and later kept thinking about the other, neither expected that they would not only meet again, but also develop feelings for each other.
These two were likable characters but what really grabbed me was the information provided about the homelessness of children in the USA. A sad reality that I feel as individuals and as a nation we need to do more to assist these youngsters. Kudos to the author for that awareness to this reader.
I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

Another, long road home book and this time we also have a visit to the LSI west coast, via Atlanta airports USO and the amazing Blessing.
Now we learn more about Oliver and Charity.. We've met Oliver before as he's the brother of Leo whose story I enjoyed earlier in the LSI West Coast series.

Oliver and Charity first meet by chance but then the group home Charity runs is a pro-bono Client of LSI.

Sparks continue to fly between Charity and Oliver and when two young brothers being aided by Charity's home are at risk from criminals taking advantage of them the LSI crew are they're to assist and support them.

I really enjoyed this book. The crime had me on the edge of my seat and the developing relationship between Oliver be and Charity was great.

I love the little details Maryann includes in her writing and the presence of characters we've learnt to love is always satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the brotherly banter. As I've had a bit of a soft spot for Leo since we first met him in the Baytown Boys series.

Another great book from Maryann Jordan.

Time for Home

Wow! Maryann did it again! Another fantastic story! This story is about Charity and Oliver. The beginning is interesting to say the least. Oliver had decided to eat out and found a woman eating by herself. Once the pizza place start to fill up, he asks her if he could sit with her while they finished their meals. Once they were done, they kind of went their separate way until 2 brothers decided to steal from the pizza place. Charity tackled Oliver to let the boys get away but not fast enough. Once both caught up with the boys, Charity felt compassion for them and had Oliver let them go but not before giving them her leftovers. That is the start of their romance. The brothers were just trying to keep safe but had a hard time. Charity wanted to help them but couldn't force them so she waited for them to come in on their own. They eventually did and they were able to help take down the bad guys. So happy this couple could find their happy ending and help other kids in need. FANTASTIC job Maryann! I would recommend this book!

I borrowed Time for Home ~ The Lond Road Home ~ Book 17, by Maryann Jordan, author from the Kindle Unllimited Program on Amazon.

Newly retired Army Ranger Oliver Parker gives up his seat to California and spends his wait in the Alanta USO and meets Blessing with her words of wisdom for him.

He takes a later flight and goes home to a new job at Lighthouse Security where his older brother and sister-in-law already work.

He meets Charity, the director of a local children's shelter while out eating pizza, she follows two young boys outside, her runs into and they end up on the ground, the boys get away after stealing several pizzas and Charity gives them her leftovers because she knows they are hungary.

The relationship develops while Oliver's company installs a security system, the boys come to the center and help take down a couple using children to take money from ATM's. Lots of action, compassion for homeless children and a center that takes the Time for Home for the homeless children and for both Charity and Oliver too. Love a happy ending.

Maryann Jordan has the ability to quickly draw you into her stories and get you to care about the characters involved with each new book she releases. I don't know where you will find two more likeable people than Charity Whitlock and Oliver Parker. They down to earth, dedicated, loyal, intelligent and caring. Oliver is the newest LSIWC team member. He's Leo's younger brother and a former Army Ranger transitioning to civilian life. Switching mindsets isn't easy but he's quickly schooled by Charity during their first encounter. She sees the other side of the picture as well as living it. She's empathetic, kind, gentle natured and a nurterer through and through. Despite a somewhat rocky start they attraction is strong between them. Acting on it is a no brainer. It's all a matter of timing. An LSIWC pro bono job brings them closer together and coming to the aid of adolescent brothers cements their relationship.

I just finished reading Time for Home, part of the Long Road Home series, crossover novel with Lighthouse Security Investigations West Coast. Oliver was heading home after punching his ticket from the army. A knee injury he sustained as an Army Ranger made it medically necessary. A brief meeting with Blessing at the USO at Atlanta airport told him he needed to find home. Oliver was heading home to work for Lighthouse Security Investigations West Coast with his brother, Leo and sister in law, Natalie. Oliver spends a week at his childhood home with his mom and dad then moves on to his brother’s house to stay with them until he could find home. A chance meeting at a pizza place introduces him to Charity. Oliver can’t understand when she allows two teens to get away after stealing pizza. He understands a little more when he goes on a security system installation with Poole and his wife, Tricia. Charity is the Director of Bright Futures, a home for displaced teens. One of the things I love about Maryann Jordan’s books is the way she can broaden my horizons. I am much more aware of teen homelessness after reading this book. The authors background in social work is an invaluable tool that she uses well in her writing. Oliver’s horizons are also broadened as he and Charity grow closer. Suspense, romance and intrigue weave nicely as Oliver and Charity make their way home.

She’s done it again. Oliver meets our friend Blessing in the Atlanta USO and she sees him as someone special so she takes him to the library where he meets 4 others, one who met Blessing previously. She tells the others don’t ignore what Blessing says but never explains as she leaves to catch her flight. After Oliver arrives home he will start work with the Keepers and also ends up meeting Charity while having dinner by himself. Needless to say this meeting has some rather interesting complications when they leave the restaurant after sharing a table. Complications come in the form of two young boys, Kofi and Ramzi, who Charity takes under her wing even when Oliver is unsure of them. Charity operates a home called Bright Future’s Home, a place for children who need a safe haven, who the boys are apparently in need of but are afraid. This a beautiful read that will leave you laughing, smiling and at times the tears will flow. I hope you all enjoy the story as much as I did.

Another brilliant read where Blessing at the USO in Atlanta airport gives advice that will change someone's life This time it is Oliver Parker an army ranger whose career has come to an end due to injury but at least he is lucky he has a position waiting for his at Lighthouse Investigation in its West Coast branch where his brother Leo already works. He meets Charity when they have to share a table in a pizza joint due to the crowd but that is also where he puts her offside when he has a very black and white reaction to two teenage boys stealing pizza. Charity knows that there are many grey areas after all she works hard with homeless youth and she knows these boys need help not judgement. Soon the two of them are drawn into the danger that surrounds the boys and Oliver starts to realise that there is danger back home as well. With the help of the LSI team can they keep the boys safe You will have to read to see

This author does it again and delivers a story that hooks you from the first page and doesn’t let go. Oliver is finally coming home and joining LSI on the West coast with his brother. Moving in with family until he finds his own place, he stops off at a pizza joint and meets Charity for the first time. Before he finds out her name, the two are caught up in a theft, then a misunderstanding before she leaves. Weeks later the two meet again and the sparks are still there and Oliver is in awe of her and the work she does. When they get involved with some teens that need help, Oliver and Charity join forces to protect them….will it be enough.
A great read with some suspense, steam and amazing characters that I couldn’t get enough of. I loved Oliver and Charity, no drama between them, open and not shy of their feelings. The story flowed beautifully without skipping a beat with descriptions that were spot on….LOVED IT!!

Oliver and Kate, his brother Leo and wife Natalie
I was hooked in the first paragraph. Although fiction, the problem of youth living on the streets, victims of abduction, being preyed upon by unscrupulous criminals is very real. Oliver returns home through the zAtlanta Airport and goes to the USO waiting room and of course runs into Blessing, the greeter who seems to “be tuned into the universe” and offers advice for when they get home. One of the people she meets is Kate from Hollister who has gone through the airport and received suggestions from Blessing and is now a believer. Oliver is given the advice loosely, time for home, family , good food and love. They meet over dinner at a pizza restaurant and subsequently are involved over chasing 2 boys to stop them from getting away with three stolen pizzas. They get close but Kate pleads with Oliver to let them go. They did not exchange names but meet again when Carson who runs LCIWC has authorized a pro bono installation at Kate’s Bright Futures Youth Centre. Ramzi and Kofi the two brothers (who stole the pizzas) feature strongly in the story as Kate tries to to save them and get them to come and stay with the youth centre she runs to get kids off the street. It’s an amazing story of blossoming and caring, and also involves Landon Lighthouse’s FBI Liaison. The theme of this story is Hope is never lost as long as there is even one person who cares to push for change and love and forgiveness are involved. Loved this story and how this series and others all connect through Blessing and multiple series!

I really enjoyed this book. Oliver Parker is back in CA and ready to start the next stage of his life out of the military and working for LSIWC. A chance meeting with Charity Whitlock has him wishing he would meet her again. His wish comes true when their lives intertwine on his first assignment when he finds she is the director of a Bright Futures Home for children, teens, and young adults. As the assignment progresses so does the mystery of two teenagers who seem hungry and may be homeless. When the two teens ask Charity and Oliver for help, the adults realize that there are much more these children are dealing with other than hunger.
A fast-moving romance with just enough suspense. I liked all the characters in the book new and old, they are relatable for the reader. If you are a Maryann Jordan fan you will love this book, perfect for a summer read!

What an amazing read and boy was it an emotional rollercoaster. Oliver has left the army and is headed home to join LSIWC where he will join his brother Leo and sil Natalie. Kate is an amazing young woman with a huge capacity to love and runs shelter. By chance, Oliver and Kate meet at a pizza place but before names and numbers can be exchanged, a series of events keep it from happening. Eventually Oliver is sent to the shelter to help install a security system. Both are surprised to see each other again and this opens doors for their relationship to develop. It can’t be a MaryAnn Jordan story without some suspense and intrigue before they get their HEA. Time for Home will grab you and you won’t want to put it down until you are done. I received an authors copy and I left an honest review.

I love that each of these stories start in the USO at the airport with the main character meeting Blessing. She is a god sent for them and seems to be their guiding light when they are lost and need it most. Oliver is heading home to start a new career after a injury forces him out of the military. Once he starts his new job he assigned to follow one of the other new to a homeless shelter to hep with a install of a protection system. It is there that he meets the director of the shelter Charity (love the play on name). Their relationship is intensified when two teens come to the shelter to try and get their lives on track but trouble follows them. The relationship grows as Oliver starts to be part of the team that helps protect her and the shelter. As always it great seeing other characters from previous stories.

Home is where the heart is!

I adore this series! A trip back to Lighthouse West Coast is always fun. I love catching up and meeting new characters. We meet Leo's brother, Oliver, in this one. He comes through the Atlanta USO and meets the one and only Blessing. I enjoy the connections with the other authors, but you don't have to read any of the rest of the series to enjoy this book.
Oliver and Charity were fantastic! I loved the entire progression of their relationship. It was so beautifully written. He was so adorable and sexy, and she had a heart of gold and was perfect for the job she does. She was strong and would do anything for the kids.
I enjoyed every part of the book. It was one I couldn't put down and wanted to find out how it ends, but I knew I would be sad when I finished it. This book was so good; I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Time for Home is definitely a must read that you don't want to miss. Maryann Jordan has brought us another very entertaining book. When Oliver returns home, he is feeling a little lost then he meets Cassie thru odd circumstances. She doesn't have time for Oliver with everything she has going on but the pull between them is obvious and can't be ignored. While Oliver is helping Cassie at the teen center danger lurks. The lighthouse security division west coast joins Oliver to help protect Cassie. This one will pull you in from page one and keep you turning the pages. The twists that come are quite entertaining. I also love how the LSI WC steps in to help. It's always fun to have those guys involved. This is another one that you won't want to miss. Just when I think Maryann can't bring us a better read than the last one, she does.

I received an ARC copy of this book.

Maryann Jordan knocked it out of the park with this one. Have tissue handy

Oliver just got home after being discharged from the Rangers and starting his new job. He meets Charity at a pizza place and then makes wrong assumptions when they leave. Will he be able to make it right when he is sent with the crew to set up the new security system at the shelter that she runs? When Rofi and Ramze come in for help and ask him to be there too, he goes into protective mode the more the boys tell him. Will they be able to help get the boys safely away from where they are staying without them getting into trouble with the law for what they had to do to survive? As they work with the kids, Charity and Oliver fall hard and fast but will it be they be able to make it work long-term?
Now I want to go look up the program that Charity referred to and learn more about it.

Another great addition to The Long Road Home series!
Maryann Jordan does her research and she does it well. The book has a lot of humor and excitement in it, while also tackling problems that are very current.
Starting at Atlanta airport with Blessing, Oliver gets in a whirlwind romance with Charity. A crossover with Lighthouse Security Investigation West Coast series lets you meet up with old friends and ofcourse his brother Leo. Adressing at the same time the problems of the homeless youth and the dangers they are exposed to and ATM hacking and purse-snatchers.
Maryann knows how to write a book that will hook you from the start with romance, humor, suspense and brother/sisterhood at the same time!

Another excellent addition to both the long road home series and LSIWC series. Oliver has retired from the Rangers and has joined his brother in LSIWC, of course he travels through Atlanta, meets Blessing and she shares her invaluable insights as usual.
I loved this book. Charity is a phenomenal person, she really cares about the children in the community. I loved the interaction between Oliver and Charity it was fun reading their story and catching up with the rest of the keepers and their significant others. As is usual with Maryann’s books. The ending is truly exciting. It had me on the edge of my seat. This book was brilliant and I loved every minute of it and can’t wait to read more.
I received this book from the author. I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Maryann Jordan has the ability to get to the heart of real time issues in todays world. Time for Home is the result of some of those issues. Very well written!
Charity Whitlock may not have had much growing up but she and her mother had love. Charity knew she wanted to help others so after graduation, she became Bright Futures Home’s administrator. Anyone who crossed their door knew they would receive care. Oliver Parker returned home following his career in the Army to work with Lighthouse Security Investigations and his first assignment was to work with LSI’s installment of a security system at Bright Futures where he and Charity eventually work together to keep the children in her care safe.
