Joey is a quiet, introspective woman, soon to turn thirty, an age she was never expected to reach. Kelsie is her best friend and long-time secret crush, outgoing and the life and soul of the party - usually parties planned by her.
Joey asks Kelsie to plan her special ‘cheating death’ thirtieth birthday party. She also hopes that finally she can tell Kelsie how she feels about her.
This is an instalove novella, quite superficial, but a whole lot of fun.

3 stars. Was going great but then fell off hard with the dumbass third act drama. Joey is incredibly immature and annoying and the drama really brought this down for me. So unfortunate because up until that point it was a solid four star for me.
