Life for young Henry Adams was lonely, mundane, and just plain sad. His only friend, a unicorn stuffie named Merlin, was always nearby and ready anytime Henry needed a hug. By day, Henry was the owner of Turn the Page bookstore but at night he was a lonely boy who dreamt of having a Daddy of his own.
Mitchell Blackthorn moved back home after years away living a grand life in Chicago when his mother fell and broke her hip. When another fall led to a dementia diagnosis, Mitchell turned to his best friend Jensen for support and guidance. What he didn’t expect to find was love.
Jensen Pohler had been head over heels stupid in love with his best friend Mitchell since the day they met. Mitchell, however, didn’t feel the same. For years Jensen fought the attraction by filling his bed with one boy after another only to be disappointed in the end when the relationship would fail.
One lost boy, two struggling daddies and a stuffie named Merlin. Do they have what it takes to make each other whole? To become a family. Or were they wasting their time searching for something that wasn’t there.
Two Dad’s for Henry is an MMM, best friends to lovers, hurt/comfort, age gap, family life romance.
A portion of this story was included in the Dirty Daddies Pride 2023 anthology.

I found it a bit hard to believe some of things that happened to Henry as a child, but I suppose in the world of fiction anything is possible.
The story tells us that Henry was always on his own. He was literally the "forgotten child". His parents owned a bookstore and would forget that they had brought him with them to work when he was young. He would be left in the bookstore, many times overnight. He didn't seem to mind as there was plenty of books and a big soft, cozy chair to curl up in.
Henry's role is now reversed and is his father’s caretaker. His father may be nearly at the end of any memories of Henry, but, being the good son, he still goes to see him regularly in the memory care facility where he now lives. His mom is gone, and his dad has dementia so as far as his father is concerned, Henry doesn’t exist.
Henry goes on with his life with his beloved cat, Magpie and his favorite and trusted stuffie, Merlin the unicorn by his side to keep him company. His days are filled with running the family bookstore in a strip mall in Las Vegas and Saturday evenings, after he goes and checks on his dad as he feels he should...why I can't figure out after seeing how they treated him...he spends time at the BDSM Club, Cordes, in his "little" side, to regress and unwind. If he gets a moment to play with a "Daddy" that’s a diffident plus.
One night when two men, Mitchell and Jensen, that he has had his eye on since a chance meeting at his bookstore, want to play, Henry is thrilled, and his life just might have taken a good turn. He might just be lucky enough to get "Two Daddies for Henry"!!
At the start of the story, we get a glimpse of the dynamic developing with Mitchell and his best friend forever, Jensen. We don't have long before the piece of the puzzle that is Henry, makes the three of them fit perfectly. You can't help but like all three men and really hope to learn more of their story. This book does a great job of allowing just that. The back stories of how Jensen secretly loved Mitchell but never shared it with him for almost 20 years, and the neglectful past Henry had endured from his “too into their own selves” parents was heart wrenching. Having the author expand upon that part and the triad’s developing relationship was key to a very rounded story. A huge thumbs up to this story and T.L Travis's efforts in making it happen.
This was such a sweet mmm Daddies/boy story. I loved how seamlessly the 2 friends and their new boy got together and slipped into their roles. The three of them were the perfect fit and were so supportive of each other. The writing flowed really well, and I didn't want to say goodbye to these great guys.
I received an advanced copy and voluntarily gave my honest review.

This was a sweet story about two best friends who after one was brave enough to share their feelings realised that they both felt the same way and one lonely boy who needed a Daddy and instead got two to spoil him to make up for the past. This definitely made me smile and cheer on the success of their new relationships where they all belonged together. I loved the elderly gentleman who was in the bookshop most days. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MMM book with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB dynamic.

4.5 stars A gorgeous story for Henry. A great start as an adorable Henry spots a potential Daddy and introduces himself. Henry was an alone Little belonging to the Cordes BDSM club. He meets David who did not know how to be a Daddy to his Little side. Henry’s an older boy who wanted a Daddy of his own. Owning a bookshop kept him busy which is were he meets Mitchell and Jensen. Mitchell 39 yrs Bisexual, was bored with his day job in investments while at home caring for his elderly mother. Mitchell’s best friend, Jensen, was there for support when a fall happened. Jensen is secretly in love with Mitchell. Scenes play between the three of them which it centres on, rather than what was happening with their parental scenes. Hot sexy scenes happen with their emotions high. A friends to lovers beautifully written to include the third, Henry as they come together as a trio relationship for a HEA.
Whether you've read the novella from Dirty Daddies Pride 2023 or not, you'll love the dynamic that brings together best friends Jenson and Mitchell with the third person that makes their whole relationship make sense...
I absolutely love how Henry is portrayed - strong, sweet and yearning for the right daddy... daddies? I love that Jensen is so in tune with Mitchell, but holding himself back until they start formulating their daddy interest. Poor Mitchell goes through so much - his mother's diagnoses, moving home after many years, so much hurt and introspection...
I will say that while the relationship itself was sweet and wonderful, this book has serious moments too, and a lot of impactful forces that push and pull on the budding relationship.
This book does contain some age regression, but is really about the strong poly relationship building between these three men.
What a WONDERFUL Book. These Daddy/Little Books just warm my soul. This has sadness but so many of us have experienced this in our personal lives. Jensen, Mitchell and Henry are beautiful men who needed love to find them. I really loved this Book. TL TRAVIS pours so much love for these guys into every chapter. I couldn't put it down. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!
This was a great book. As a former home health care CNA the author did a great job writing about the difficulties faced by family and friends when having to make difficult decisions about the care of an elderly parent who has dementia or Alzheimer's. The MCs were so sweet and supportive of each other. I loved how Henry was sweet but also a little bit sassy. Well done!!
The feeling between the MCs was too sudden, especially between Henry and Jensen. And I really don't like how Jensen handled confessing his feelings. Mitchell just found out his mother is suffering from dementia, and Jensen decides it's the perfect time to introduce his best friend to kink. The conversations between them felt weird, and sometimes cliche. I felt no connection between the MCs, and I just skimmed through the ending.

This trouple story of Henry, Mitchell and Jensen was lovely. The low angst book, with lots of needed comfort, explored the heartbreaking trauma of dementia with grace and care. Jensen's patience waiting for the opportunity to tell Mitchell he loved him was a lovely moment and they found their glue in the super sweet Henry. I really enjoyed this book and always like TL Travis' work.
Okay story, just not for me. They meet at about 30% in & suddenly they're in a relationship, moving in together, declaring their love & it's not even been a couple of months. I felt no real connection between the 3 MC's. Also, I didn't like how Henry always referred to himself in 3rd person, as it left me feeling like he was disassociated from them all.
Mitchell has been following other people's advice and climbing the corporate ladder, but when his mother falls he drops everything to be there for her. Realizing his BFF Jensen had always been there for him awakens a whole world of new options especially when they find the adorable Henry who needs lots of attention and helps Mitchell find direction.
It was wonderful to see all three of these men find each other at just the right time. Jensen has held his feelings for a while but was ready to share them. Mitchell has some needs. Finding Henry when they did allowed them to figure out how they could fit with each other. A great story of finding love that fits together so beautifully.
I adore Daddies and their littles, and this was a perfect story to showcase how a threesome can work out so perfectly. Henry is such a sweet little and Jensen and Mitchell are perfect for him. Good storyline with the three, facing caring for patients with dementia. Recommend reading.
I loved this in the Dirty Daddies anthology so getting this expanded version just made it ten times better. I love these guys and I’m so happy they connected. Just what they needed especially with the pain they were going through.
This was okay. Two guys meet Henry and are both attracted but the one also has been loving his friend for years, so before long they are all in a triad. I was freaked out be Henry using the third person. It was weird to me. Just din't really connect with the story.
Jensen, Mitchell, and Henry are so cute and sweet together. I really like how the relationship between the characters is, and how good they are at supporting each other. This is a really great read!
Cute story! It could have been a little more flushed out for me. I didn’t like the characters referring to themselves in the 3rd person in intimate scenes. I had also hoped for a DP scene dat it didn’t go there. Oh, well.
The writing style was not so much my thing. Everything moved so fast, especially the relationship with Henry. The feelings between the MCs didn't come across for me.
Two Daddies for Henry is such a great story! Henry’s had a rough life and has a hard time finding a Daddy he desperately wants. He hits the jackpot! Loved it!
