Intriguing beginning to this beach setting, short stories, series.

This first book in the series almost immediately caught my attention. I’m anxious to see what’s in store for Elizabeth while she’s on Tybee Island. She already making new friends and excited to know about the myths and history of the island.
Second book was a little slower but things are picking up!
Third book is interesting and the last thing from the scavenger hunt and Hamish’s letter makes Will, Neil, Mark, Annabelle, Carrie, and Elizabeth scratching heads in confusion.
Fourth book is a little slower as they all work toward finding the answer to the latest clue. More people are coming to the house for visits and ending up staying overnight or longer. Elizabeth is a very hospitable host who doesn’t care for an empty house.
Fifth book has another interesting clue found in a mysterious way with the help of a smudge or two.
Book six wraps everything up, including why the scavenger hurt and the why to the huge question related to Hamish.
Overall, the series is highly qualified for the three stars. Plan on becoming involved in Elizabeth’s and becoming a part of her ever growing new friends.

Intro to a New Great Series
Ivory Fields blends mystery, drama, and suspense together to introduce us to the story of Elizabeth and her late husband and the Mysterious Beach Home. I suspect some romance is on the way, too. Elizabeth has come on an adventure to Tybee Island, Georgia to discover her husband’s intentions as he left her a home in Georgia upon his sudden death. But, was it so sudden? It seems the more time she spends there she finds some best laid plans , and some situations that are more than a coincidence. I loved Book 1, and you will too! Pick it up now!!

Elizabeth Berkeley had been left a cottage on Tybee Island and other properties as well by her late husband Hamish. When she visits the house she is surprised by it. She meets Neil Parkins who is her driver. Her friend Carrie had encouraged her to come and she is glad she did. She makes new friends who help her in her healing and there is a mystery to solve too. A heart-warming and intriguing read. I am on the ARC team and leave a honest review. I recommend this book to other readers.

Great ending
Elizabeth with the help of others have found the hidden map, which was part of the last clue. It was written in invisible ink and made visible with lemon juice. Now several members of the group with Elizabeth and Will are following the map. Will they find the mysterious Yogi and will he have the answers to the treasure chest, and did Hamish know he was dying? The ending is feel good and looking for better things

Am I the only one who was/is confused by the different names William uses for his late wife - Anna, Meredith, Margaret...? Maybe it is another hint like the misspelt 'seize'? I have to keep reading the next book.

The Mysterious Beach Home, Book 2, finds Liz obtaining information that Hamish had left her a scavenger hunt to complete on Tybee Island. Annabelle and Will continue to support her through her grief. Liz gets a surprise visitor. This creative and well written series has secrets, mystery, and plot twists. The story ends in a cliffhanger.

Elizabeth and her friend continues to work on solving the clues Hamish left behind. Neil’s father passed away and the group becomes closer as they help his mom Rhonda deal with arrangements and the funeral. The latest clue takes the group to a horse sanctuary where another clue is uncovered.
