Oh. My. God. 😳
I know I say this after every TJ book, but this really is the best so far! 🐺 It’s the second book in the Shifter series and is also the darkest. It’s full of detail, as you’d expect, fast paced, along with some hilarious lines and some underlying sexual tension.
The only Author to make me have crushes on wolves 😂😂😂

The second book in the series is a gripping story about past mistakes influencing the present and about the greed for power. It is fast paced and exciting. Although it is about the shifters my favourite characters are the Moonfell Witches. (I love strong female characters in fantasy novels.)They are crucial in the fight against evil.
I love urban fantasy, magic, shifters etc. So this book was perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves great fantasy with a lot of action and great female characters.

Another fantastic book.
I couldn’t put it down, I just had to sit and read the whole thing. We have Wolves, Witches and Demons all rolled into an amazing story, really edge of the seat stuff.
Throw in family strife and a quick trip to Italy and an unsettled pack, it comes together to make another fantastic book. TJ Green has an amazing way of telling really interesting stories. this one with all the Demonology and sigils, it was very entertaining.

A new year and new beginnings.
Maverick and some of his team are sitting in the Storm Moon Club playing Poker; relaxing after their last dangerous adventure in “Storm Moon Rising.”
Hunter, (a Shifter who had relocated to London from Cumbria,) decided he needed some fresh air; freedom begs! Taking off his clothes and hiding them, he began to run in his Wolf form; feeling the cold wind whistling through his fur. He stopped and realised he was on Wimbledon Common where he was picking up different scents, fox, squirrel but one smell that wasn’t right, it was foul and he didn’t recognise it. He had to report it to the Maverick and the Pack.
What happened next would force Maverick to look at his past, which had remained closed behind a metaphorical door for many years; a door of loss and betrayal, a door of many unanswered questions. A period of time which Maverick wanted to forget but couldn’t as fate wouldn’t allow him to. He needed to face the Demons in his head and he knew the consequences would be dire.
Dark Heart is packed full of dark memories, grave danger and loss; the Storm Shifters, with the help of the Moonfell Witches, Harlan and Maggie, the paranormal detective, need to face dark magic and Demons like they have never experienced before. The future of the Shifters depend it!

I just love the storm moon shifters clan, and their alpha Maverick whose past has just come back to haunt him. He had lost his parents at a very young age and now the witch who had been behind the killings is back on his turf, and a murder has happened close by. Maverick needs to go in search of his elder brother, but he needs all the help he can get to get to the bottom of Owen's appearance on the London scene. Whilst he travels to Italy his pack take on the responsibilities of keeping everyone safe, but they need the Moonfell witches and their old world magic to restrain and defeat Owen, the witch and his demon. This book is a very exciting read, full of intrigue, a high level of danger for all involved, as well as the need for letting go and forgiveness. I love that the Moonfell witches made an appearance in this book, and helped so much to save everyone, and that Hunter is now part of the London clan, as well as the input of Harlan and Maggie whose backing was sorely needed. I love it when characters from other series give their input.

You know how you save your favorite wine and your most expensive chocolate for those special times when you know you can really relax and sit back and enjoy them without interruption or having to share….yeah, it’s like that. TJ is a true master in the world of paranormal adventures. She is in a class all by herself and she just keeps getting better and better. Diving into more fantastic shifter drama head first we find out what makes Maverick Hale tick. And it’s a big one! As always her books hold a place of prominence on my shelves and I love the authenticity she gives to the world of magic with her knowledge of all things mysterious and mystical. No spoilers here…I wouldn’t do that. Just know that she entwines human, shifter, witch and a little something extra to make this book explode off the pages. I wanted to read it slow, but it was soooo hard…you just can’t stop turning the pages. Absolutely can’t wait for the next books. And in the meantime check out her own page for cool merch! Never too soon to start buying Christmas for next year. Happenstance books is real!💜🌛🌝🌜💜

Dark Heart continues the series following the wolf shifters from the Storm Moon Club. Maverick has to look again at his past and find the brother he hasn’t seen in years, to stop whatever evil has made its way to his territory. Friends we have met before are only too happy to help, despite the danger.
I really enjoyed book 1 in this series, but book 2 takes you on an absolute rollercoaster of danger, emotion, magic and diabolical evil. It’s a thrilling read that just doesn’t want to let you go! The storyline keeps you guessing with plot twists and surprises. There is a lot of action, with everyone pitting their combined expertise in a battle against evil, which keeps you enthralled until the very last page. I just didn’t want to put this book down and yet now mourning the fact that I’ve read it so quickly.
Clear a few hours and settle down to enjoy Dark Heart with a do not disturb firmly in place - you will not regret it!

I’m exhausted. Dark Heart is full on action, adventure from start to finish. Past and present collide in this, the second book in the Storm Moon Shifters series.. A dead body brings back memories Maverick would rather forget and then a witch Maverick believed was involved with his parents death makes he start to question everything he thought he knew. The witches of Moonfell are there to help as are old friends in the form of Harlan, who brings ideas so far outside the box, they might be right and Maggie who, well mostly brings the bad language. I loved this new story and getting to know the shifters better and once I’ve gotten over my book hangover - I feel wrung out - I’m looking forward to reading it again and again.

Maverick has become the alpha of the Storm Moon pack when trouble in the form of Owen, one of the witches involved in the death of hie parents, shows up on his doorstep. A rather large demon, Owen's pet, attacks some pack members while out on a hunt.. Owen is looking for Canaganto get some of his blood that he needs for his demon. In order to get rid of both Owen and his demon the Moonfell witches get involved.
Once you start the book you will not want to put it down until it is finished. I certainly didn't.

Another addictively good book by T.J.Green - this woman is costing me a fortune! I happen to like the crossover of some characters between her series, in fact it was that, that led me to reading these shifter ones, havng met the Moonfell witches in one of the Hunter series. Thought I'd pick them up in here before reading their own books. I really do like her characters, and her take on shifters (there are a lot of shifter books out there) so I hope she writes some more. I particularly like the strong women characters we meet in her books, so I hope we get to meet Canagan's mate at some point, only a mention in here, but a female alpha is intriguing....

Very dark indeed!
We all make mistakes in our lives, especially when we're young. We make them all throughout our lives and can allow them to destroy us or we can learn from them. Lessons learned can be very harsh and painful, but we must move forward if we are to get on in our lives. This is a very powerful story of massive deceptions. Be careful who you believe in and trust in all things - a lesson we must all stay mindful of. Evil is very real. This book was so powerful that I simply could not put it down until I had finished it!

I brewed a pot of coffee and started to read this book, what can I say as I don’t do spoilers ! This book is well written and dangerous, it is so addictive I finished it in one sitting then read it again ! It has everything you could want from a book ! T J Green is an amazing writer and I find that every series of books that she writes are addictive ! Try them I promise you won’t be disappointed !

This had me hooked from start to finish. An exciting and enthralling read that pulls you in with incredible world building as we learn more about our characters and we embark on one hell of an adventure! Fast paced, thrilling and full of twists and turns to keep you spinning, this had me on the edge of my seat. Witches, demons, shifters, suspense and mystery, this fantastic read pulls you in and has you ready for more!

This is the 2nd book in the Shifter series and is proving to be another compelling read by TJ Green. It gives us the background stories of Maverick Hale the Alpha of the Storm Moon Pack and his older brother. We learn why they haven’t been in contact for many years and why Maverick dislikes associating with witches. It’s fast paced and exciting and I am looking forward to reading more of this series.

This 2nd volume in the Storm Moon series (about a pack of wolf shifters) is action packed and full of twists, but doesn’t not fail to provide back story and relationship development. A huge plus is that much of the story takes place at the Moonfell Manse and includes the witches of that coven. The fascinating witch family is as involved in the plot as the wolf pack. Very much looking forward to the next books about these characters.

I love TJs books and this is up there as a favourite. None stop thrilling action and great story telling. I love how the spins offs have characters intertwining from the other books. After the gentle introduction to the Moonfell witches, they land in this with a massive bang and show of power! Love love loved it!

It is truly a great story, and what an imagination TJ Green has and the skill to get it out there for all of us to enjoy. To make a fictional character come alive for a reader is amazing. Fast paced with hints into the characters' lives and loves, you will be swept away into their journey to vanquish a true evil. Mason

If you like wolf shifters you’re in for a treat.
This book is a real page turner. Maverick and his pack are at their finest, the Moonfell witches are involved too. Altogether a thrilling read you can’t put down but won’t want to finish. Brilliant TJ

A great paranormal story .
Once more a book that can't be out down. T J Green is one of the best paranormal authors I have read, the characters are believable, the plot extremely well thought out and the reader is left wanting more. I can't wait for the next one .

cracking good read as always

Absolutely brilliant second shifter book. I love learning more about the characters and meeting old friends again. Highly recommend all the white haven books and extensions of the witch, hunter and shifter world

I loved this story. I was undecided at the beginning, but it got better and better the further I got reading. I really like the characters here and I enjoyed the mystery. I’m looking forward to more books in this series and in this universe in general. Five stars from me.
