Surviving The Past For The Future
J.Nell has done it again 👏 This book was all that and a bag of chips. Aryan and Brooklyn had an arrangement but feelings change and discussions are needed to be had. A surprise is revealed and then world war 5 happens. Brooklyn's past comes to the forefront and she makes plans for her future. Aryan is losing his mind and the brothers have to find him some act right. The sisters want a part of him too. When the uninvited guests show up...OMG the best kept secret of all the brothers comes out!! Conversations for held, plans are made and the trust and healing begins. Glad Brooklyn didn't cave when her emotions were all over the place and Aryan made good on his promises. Loving the new Godparents and Skai is keeping SECRETS TOO😜I love how the ENTIRE family and family friends back each other and work it out. Aryan and Brooklyns' past relationships brought them together for the future. SO CAN'T WAIT FOR THE LAST BOOK 😃

I absolutely love the Gideon brothers. With that said, I expected a lot more action. I enjoyed the book, mainly because I got to see my favorites again. I also felt like something was left unexplained with Dr. Drake (no spoilers). Looking forward to the next book and hoping there's mroe action.

Brooklyn read him the riot act!
She wanted more from their arrangement. I won't say relationship because Aryan was dead set against calling their situation a relationship. She had been open about her previous life with Aryan. The straw that broke the camel's back was when Brooklyn was looking for a place to hide a gift and stumbled on a box in the closet and Aryan exploded saying things that couldn't be taken back. That was IT for Brooklyn. She had an ongoing internal battle with grief over losing her mother and Edreese. Besides all of that, she was dealing with hospital politics. She had big decisions to make in her personal and professional life. She had to put her big girl panties on so she made the best decision she could for herself and her future. She could easily take the steps needed since Edreese was taking care of her in death as well.
Aryan knew he F'd up big time. He could not handle being apart from Brooklyn. He was hiding a secret that he could not bring himself to talk about with anyone, Not even his brothers. It was the reason why he quit practicing medicine. That secret just rang their doorbell. He had to come clean with everyone and Brooklyn had to reveal what she was hiding. Now that Brooklyn and Aryan have totally opened up, they get their "RELATIONSHIP" back on track to their HEA personally and professionally. Aryan is back to doing what he loved to do. As long as he has Brooklyn and Mickey by his side, he'll be just fine. They are his even keel.
I just love how these brothers support each other. When one gets out of line, they and their wives gather around to give that brother support, or kiss his azz. They love their wives dearly and won't hesitate to mess a brother up if he gets out of line. This story delved into how loss and grief affects everyone differently. Aryan completely shut down and Brooklyn held on to a relationship out of fear of loss. Lennox was her supportive mother figure and was there when she needed her.
This story was well written as is all of the previous books in the series. I see a story coming with that little tib bit at the end. What's Parker going to do? That is the question!

Now I loved Aryan and Brooklyn’s story, but I will say they both had me looking at them sideways 👀. Now I do understand that they both had past trauma that truly took them through something serious and I feel like after reading this book that Aryan and Brooklyn needed each other to heal and truly move to the next steps in their lives together. I will say Aryan was always honest (to a point) with Brooklyn no matter what she knew his view and she accepted for that time. This was a different Gideon book and I loved everything about it. Yes there is love, yes them Gideon men don’t play about their woman lol. Yes the family will hold each other accountable, but this book showed how different each brother is. I really hate that it’s only 1 more book In this Gideon because I do not want it to end. Oh those easter eggs you put throughout this book with Bravo again J. Nell for writing an amazing story with Aryan & Brooklyn.

4-stars. I enjoyed the world-building and getting to know the dynamics that is Aryan and Brooklyn. I hesitate to give this book 5 stars due to the grammatical errors, but overall it is a great read. Almost every brother except Joshua has had some secret they have failed to share. It brings home questions about how close they are. Aryan was hiding a deep-rooted secret and that secret was starting to affect not only his relationship with Brooklyn, but his brothers too. While Brooklyn accepted the terms and conditions of her relationship with Aryan, she too withheld that she needed to renegotiate those terms and conditions. I would recommend this series simply because I enjoy it when this family comes together and the women of this family ride or die for those they love. I was disappointed reading Aryan and Brooklyn's story, but the story I am waiting for is Skai and Jabarri.

Great story!
I really enjoyed this story, and the characters were believable and entertaining. T I loved the chemistry between Aryan and Brooklyn it was smoking hot 🔥 and intense. I really enjoyed the journey it was full of drama and romance. Love the shows the sisters and brothers put on. They know how to entertain. Peter was the star of the show. I can't wait to read Jabrarri and Skai's story, the love is there. I highly recommend this book and series to my fellow romance readers you will not be disappointed. Ms. J Nell has become one of my favorite authors her books come to life as you read them.

Good read

Aryan always introduces Brook as his friend and she is tired of it they been together for five years ..Brooklyn is a doctor and she wants more she would love if they could practice together in a clinic she plans on opening up. It’s something from his past that his brothers don’t know about and it has shaped his life..Brooklyn is no joke and when she cuts loose and leaves he loses it completely..Filled with a shootout,sex,love and family..

Loved it
This book took me a little longer to read than the others. I'm not sure why because it's still a good read. Both Brooklyn and Aryan have great back stories that will not only surprise you but make you wonder in a sense. The kick ass action is always top tier, but I think what I loved the most about this book is that Brooklyn finally stood her ground. This book also sets this up for the next book with a few hidden gems to keep you hooked.

Never Disappointed
This was a great book and I’m so glad that I read it. There were a few grammatical errors, and a few ties when a male was called a female, but still the book was great. Since I was late reading this one, I’m about ready to start Jabarri I can’t wait to read the last Gideon brother. Overall, I was not disappointed as I never I am when reading the Gideon brothers. Aryan and Brooklyn had a beautiful story.

I love this series, the Gideon men, geezus 😜. Each book has added on extended family, plus someone gotta always FAFO, and azz gets wooped 😲. One can always agree to terms in the beginning, but feelings change along the way. Will it be forever or walk away, deep secrets are revealed as well as a big surprise 😳. This is a good read, couldn't put it down 😉.

Love the story of Aryan and Brooklyn as both work their way through last traumas and build their life together. This book does not stop with the emotional hits and both took some growing, especially aryan.. However it was worth the read to see how so similar their past love lives where and why it played a part in their relationship. So happy they could find a past their fears.

Great story
This book had me on the edge of my seat, Aryan and Brooklyn had a seriously complicated relationship due to secrets that Aryan is keeping close to his chest.
He nearly looses his ladylove when he cannot reconcile his past for his present and future,

Now I know Aryan and Brooklyn had an agreement for their arrangement but I was ready to slap some sence into him. I mean as long as they had been living together and engaging in all the things that couples do, how could he even utter the word friend when talking about her. Yeah I know Brooklyn she have spoken up sooner. I was so disappointed when even the news of their baby didn't sway his decision. Brooklyn had every right to walk away after that and it almost destroyed him. I think it was wrong for his ex sister in law to bring trouble to their door step. Yeah I understand she was trying to save her nephew but his brothers and their wives were put in danger. I'm glad everything worked out tho. Now I just need Jabarri and Skai's story.💕💕
