“Greek Pregnancy Clause” is the story of Odessa and Ares.
Second chance romance between two people separated by lies and controlling parents, reunited by desperation. I found the romance very endearing and you could see the yearning and love both had for each other, despite the separation and drama.
Sorry but this was so predictable and stereotypical. A heroine who is the protected and abused daughter of an Italian criminal. A hero who is badly treated by said criminal and who seeks revenge.
A set of characters who behave like creatures out 1970s mafia pulp fiction. Sorry, I thought we’d got past all of these tired old tropes. The author is a good writer so I am disappointed that she chose such a tired old theme for this book.
The h and H met 10 years later at her father’s funeral. Her father was abusive and cruel, he was threatening to marry her to a violent man. She begged the H to help her escape. He agrees to marry her as long as she provides him with a heir. They have some obstacles to overcome before they can have their HEA. Good epilogue.
Heartwarming and romantic love story. Hero had mother issues and heroine had father issues but they managed to heal each other. Loved the bond between heroine and hero's father. Loved the angst and hero's jealousy. Epilogue with their 2 kids and hero planning for more was all kings of cute!
