A fun and quirky cookbook with helpful hints, a nice resource section for those of you interested in the RV "lifestyle", and Spy Magazine-like graphics. Many of the recipes are not for the faint of heart or calorie conscious- a whole lot of bacon (with grease), Velveeta, margarine, processed foods, etc.

I have quite a bit of experience wilderness tent camping, but the only time I've spent in a camper/RV was in middle school when we set up a neighbors camper in the back yard and played Risk for days at a time during summer vacation.

Ok I know it says currently Reading but it is a cook book I will never fully read it because it is full of about 100 delicious recipes Like Breakfast Sausage wedges and Hot Bacon Dressing Salad and many camp games like Kick the Can and Drop the Handkerchief.

and little tips through out the book

so even though I just posted this I am going to have to say it is finished because I do not wish to keep people waiting
So if you like trying new foods or going RVing even Camping do yourself a favor and get this book you enjoy it

I was hoping this would have great recipes that are easy to prepare in small RV kitchens or on campfires. What it had instead was an assortment of really weird and outdated recipes of the “Cool Whip with pineapple and animal crackers” variety. Almost across the board the recipes seemed dated and very unhealthy (“just add a stick of butter”!). Two stars is generous and based solely on the inclusion of a bit of info about RV club memberships.

Inside this book, I have brought together the best of the favorites of those who love RVing. With 5 different methods of cooking - from the campfire to the RV oven. Easy to follow, fun to use plus no weird stuff in the ingredients category.

One of the most fun things about the book is the bio of each person who was chosen for this publication - gave me their own RVing history. So this book is not just great recipes, but sweet memories of those who participated and wonderful tidbits of RV history.
