Most everything you wanted to know on how to lower your carbs (sugar intake). Charts, a daily diet plan& references throughout the book. It also includes if you drink alcohol, & if your computer savvy even websites. Very helpful if you’re a diabetic or hopefully how to prevent you from becoming 1.
