Good on providing the idea of how simple the business should be and why Proper Operating systems are needed to grow your business.
However, there are quite a general implementation tactics later in the book so I only read 50% of the book.

Skimmed in 90 min. should be half its length.
a clone of Traction, with a couple useful insights. particularly value the engine mapping as an anchor for process documentation, ownership assignment, etc.
