This is a really fun book with a lot of fascinating information shown in a dramatic, page-turning way that catches kids’ imaginations. Even adults will learn a thing or two. For example, I never knew how mountain goats could climb up such steep cliffs. Turns out their rubbery split hooves grip like little suction cups—who knew? Another creature’s superpower is pretty much immortality, what? And yet another with amazing abilities is a type of octopus, just WOW. You really need to check out this book and meet the whole cast of characters. Vivid illustrations and informative back matter round out the specialness of Animal Superpowers!
