"Conquer Codependency & Love Yourself" really spoke to me. As someone who struggles with putting others first, I found the practical tips for setting boundaries and focusing on self-care very helpful. The book talks about codependency in a real, down-to-earth way, making me feel like the author truly understands what I'm going through. I love that he shares his own experiences with building self-love and overcoming people-pleasing habits.
