This was another library book sale purchase with the intention of finding some new ideas to use up my vegetable bounty.
There were several pages at the beginning which discussed the benefits of eating organic and in season. This was very interesting. The recipes themselves though were not what I was anticipating. While I have earmarked several to try, many had ingredients I have never heard of and feel would be difficult to source. Also, a large percentage were fruit, rather than vegetable based.
