Ryan and Carter popped my 🍒 with a 🩸relationship and I’m not mad at it!!

I don’t want to give anything away. So, I’ll just say that if you’re not afraid to walk on the täbóò side and love a fast-paced, smuttastic read, look no further!

Carter is one dirty man. I mean this most delightfully and deliciously. A bonus is his dominance. Ryan has some lingering childhood trauma. I enjoyed her character, but at times, she was a brat and could go toe to toe with Carter.

For all the taboo readers, this book is for. The beginning is a little wonky. However it’s doesn’t tow away from the story. It’s the only reason it’s not a five-star read.

I understand this is a novella.. but this was just so fast paced & some of it just didn’t make sense. All of a sudden shes home because she caught her bf getting a blowjob from some girl..
her dad gets home with someone who proceeded to suck him off.. and now shes attracted to her dad.
Next day they’re just… ‘together’


maybe this is this authors first taboo novel? i’m not sure.

I read a lot of taboo and dark books, but this one made me gag a little. I just can’t with the eating, mixing and sucking of the “fluids”. That’s ok tho, what’s not for me…might be for you. Check the trigger warnings!

I'M SO DAMN SPEECHLESS AFTER READING THIS BOOK. Blood relation is not my thing but this book is so well written!! This is the first book of Tate Monroe for me and I loved every second of it. This is definitely new to me and I won't say I regret even a bit for reading and enjoying this book!

Lord have mercy - Tate took me on a helluva ride with this spicy and completely taboo romance.

Ryan is a young woman who is stubborn and blunt - I loved her honesty and sarcasm along with her bravery.

Carter is a man who must have control and is kinky as hell. I must say that his way of doing things was an unexpected twist and I can’t say I didn’t enjoy it.

These two dominant personalities together is entertainment in the least. I loved their banter and seeing them push each other’s buttons - but what I loved the most was the obvious love. Carter is willing to do anything for his moonshine and I am here for it.

Tate laughed at and totally annihilated boundaries that are normally set within romance with this forbiddenly taboo tale. It’s not going to be for everyone, so read the triggers before diving in to avoid judging an author for taking a walk on the wild side since this is a work of fiction. Personally, I got a kick out of this explicitly spicy, fast paced tale and devoured it this morning only to be left with wanting more. It’s forbidden aspect tied in with a kinky couple who aren’t afraid to demand and get what they want (no matter what society says) is a delicious way to satiate my love for taboo romances and I thoroughly enjoyed every word. This is definitely one I can see myself revisiting in the future and no doubt will.

This man and his dirty nasty fucking mouth I can't think of the words in how to explain. Ryan while being a big girl has a fantasy and let's just say daddy Carter took on that role. Daddy's Home by Tate Monroe is a dark taboo romance.

This book is an extremely taboo. I would highly recommend checking out the warnings before jumping in. This book is not for everyone.

I originally read this story when it was released as a novella. I was so excited when Tate announced she would be reworking and extending the story. Let me tell you she did not disappoint. The chemistry between Ryan and Carter is off the charts!

I would highly recommend this book if you like taboo romances. But please check the TW before jumping in.

I started this morning and I loved it. Ryan is getting ready to move out of her apartment and find a new place with her best friend until she comes back from getting coffee. She finds her best friend and boyfriend hooking up. Not wanting to wait around she leaves to go home.

Carter and his dad come home. Ryan hears something so she wakes up and heads into the hallway. What she finds surprises her, she finds her dad up against the wall with the women on her knees. Ryan doesn't expect to get the feelings she gets while watching. Ryan thought she was always different because she has always felt some type of attraction to her dad.

Little does Ryan know that her dad has felt an attraction once he found her watching. He wants her to be his, he wants to act on the feelings he has towards her.

What happens when Ryan and Carter tell each other how they feel about one another.

It’s rare that a book makes me blush. Pretty sure I blushed while reading this entire book. I absolutely loved everything about it. I specially adored Carter. He definitely knew how to dirty talk 🥵.

The stories is a dirty and taboo. It had very little plot, not much back story, but absolutely amazing smut. I was sad when it ended because I want more. I’m definitely going to follow this author, and check into all her other books!

This was a quick half hour read, but it was SPICY!

Daddy-daughter romance, comes out of the blue (pun intended) for Ryan and her dad Carter after an unexpected arrival home when she finds her boyfriend cheating with her roommate.

This was an easy read and if it had been longer I would have carried on reading it to see how it panned out especially navigating going from being dad and daughter to being in a relationship.

Would defo recommend.

SUMMARY: (SPOILER WARNING)

Ryan catches her best friend (and roommate) giving her (now ex) boyfriend a blowjob and is devastated. She drives back home to stay with her dad while she figures out what to do next.

When she gets home, she finds that he's brought a date home and she can't resist watching them. But he knows she's watching and decides to give her a show.

After that night their relationship begins to change into something more than dad and daughter.

REVIEW:

Meh. This was definitely not my favorite Rory/Tate book. It's an earlier book of Tate's (compared to the others) and it doesn't have the same obsessive feel as the others. There's virtually no violence, which is crazy if you've read any other books by these authors. But I think that's because it was before they found their sub niche.

I wasn't a huge fan of Carter, who was very nonchalant about crossing the barriers with Ryan. Of course in a taboo romance you want those lines crossed eventually, but it's good to see a realistic internal struggle along the way. He's just like "whatever" and it made him feel cold and unapproachable.

I also didn't love the dynamic between him and Ryan, which they refer to as their banter. To me it was just them arguing all the time.

Overall it's not the best by Tate, her books get better in my opinion. But I'm trying to read all of her and and Rory Ireland's books (a lot of which they co-author or crossover) in publication order to find all the character connections.
