A collection of poems penned by Japanese school children reflects the children's observations of the world around them and are accompanied by illustrations that represent the scope of Japanese art--including woodblock prints, ink paintings, and scroll paintings.
Another great poetry anthology for children. This book is a collection of poems that were written (or composed) by Japanese children. They range from funny, to beautiful. The books pictures are general photos or prints of japanese art. It's a beautiful book, and kids really seem to like reading things that other little kids have written.
