RANT: At the end of AMKIYL Grant and Alyssa (Crew’s Brother and sister-in-law) are pregnant with their first child, a baby girl, there was a whole paragraph from Crews perspective talking about how now Grant was being nicer to “females” because he was now having a daughter, and then all of a sudden in this novella they have 3 boys and no girl?! What happened to that supposed daughter that the grandfather was complaining about? There was no explanation which just means this was a big error on Monica Murphy’s side. But this novella it’s self was so short but not short enough. I was cringing more often than not. Ever since I read AMKIYL 4 months ago, and have done some reflecting, I now realize what an ick crew gave me.

T'was a cute read. It's great to have some insight into the characters' lives after the epilogue of the first book. Crew as a father is everything and this book helped him regain some of the respect that he's lost in my eyes.

I pretty sure there’s something to be said about the realistic portrayal of life as young parents, but what I took out of this novella is that Crew Lancaster remains superior.

The fact that her chapter were Christmas related, and his were her birthday!? I love that man.

the cutest little novella for fans of a million kisses in your lifetime. i had forgotten how much i enjoyed that book and how much i loved crew and wren together so this was a nice reminder.
