I already had the first book - but this one’s even better cos it’s got tons of the six pack challenges in it too! So you kind of have the six pack plan in a book just minus the online coach/group (but if you fancy that I recommend trying a wave too because they really work - I did one July 2022 and it was the best thing I did - and half way through another one just to top up and have already reached my personal goal).
