This is a great dichotomous key for identifying lichens. I like the way the book separates them out by genera.

Okay, I didn't actually read this book cover to cover, so much as skim through the intro and enjoy the pictures of funky lichens, but I wanted to log that I've interacted with this book in the (very possible) event that I develop a special interest in lichens sometime in the future. The illustrated glossary was particularly elucidating.

This was my textbook for my botany class "Lichens and Bryophytes". It is an excellent book for identifying Lichens in the Pacific Northwest.

Many of the photos are pretty dark, etc. this renders the book to be less useful.
