I got to book 4 in this series because I want to know how Henry and Jenny find each other again and also because my Mom is reading the series too. But this book was painful to read. It dragged on and was so repetitive that I just about gave up. it was very preachy on numerous topics, which just detracted from the story. While I appreciate that this series is about miracles, the number of miracles superseded what a reader of fiction can accept in a storyline.

Can't wait to get the next book tomorrow!

I love how the author handles sensitive subjects, especially in the first two books, how human the characters are, so normal yet real and faithful.

This book was a bit repetitive and too slow moving. The characters were all very naive (many couldn’t see the obvious connections right in front them).
That being said I’m still enjoying this series. Very cute and heartfelt and I can’t wait to read the next book.

This is the fourth book in this series and they are all wonderful, with this one being the best so far. I love them so much, they are so uplifting and heart wrenching at the same time.

When henry visits with his sons new wife , he always thinks again of Jenny and how much the two are alike . From the unique name she has down to the love of butterflies and flowers but what throws him is the story of her parents. Will they ever find out the truth of her parentage ?

Finally Jenny and James go to bat and get a divorce. She has to leave behind the estate that ahe has grown to love with her garden and beautiful statue. She tries to figure out what to take and what to have stay and it makes me wonder if she will take the garden statue!

Jenny has to leave her home after the divorce and hates to leave her beloved treasure of furniture but what will happen to her statue that she loves so dearly?

Jenny's mom gets sicker they become closer until she dies. Jenny starts thinking about regina again and how she was happy there and perhaps will run into camilla and henry.

You just want to shake Mary and say ," give Henry the letter already". Ugh

So many times there are chances to meet Jenny and Camilla and bring them together and same with Henry but it wasn't until the party for Father Eaggleman ans the wedding that things really take off and you want to shake the people in the book and speed up your reading to when they all meet!

Henrys mom dies and henry finally finds the letter from jenny from so many years ago! He keeps questioning everything but gets a few answers back, like the date on the letter and why she kept it so long.

When Father Eaglemann leaves the pristhood and goes into a home, he talks to the head person about having mass and she gives him Marjorie's name but he doesn't realize its her due to Jenny's new married name , she is in the hospital at this time and wants Father to see her there on his next visit.

with purchasing jennys home will henry find their love letters?

As Jenny grows sicker and weaker she writes a letter to Camilla and Father hears her quietly like a whisper say Camilla and Henry as she holds the pewter angel and prays to find them both. Father is blown away with the names and all the possibilities that this Jenny is the old Jenny from the past and the Marjorie in the future, the same as Henry keeps thinking that Jenny and Marjorie are also the same person of the house .

The more the story comes to a close in this book, the more the anticipation of the ending it gets!

The further Henry reads in Jennys diary , the more he comes closer to reading what he is searching for.

A must read to continue the story

I am rather enjoying the Angel series of books that follow the star crossed lovers...Henry and Jenny....and the Guardian Angel that tries to make everything fall into place for them.....imagine a first love that never changes....years go by...they marry different people...(she marries a mean bully of a man...glad she got a divorce)...and raise children.....and they love their respective spouses...(well, Henry did...and so did Jenny in a way)....but the thing is ...they never stopped loving each other....As I said in the beginning...I am not sure I believe in angels....well, I do...but not in the same way that others view them....for example, I don't believe they intervene in our daily lives...however....I do believe that everything happens for a reason...and when certain things are meant to go certain ways that the Universe does everything in it's power to make it so....now, if Henry Ripplinger (the Author) wants to use Angels to convey this message...so be it....he does a lovely job doing so....Again, I'm not Catholic, so I sometimes think he gets a bit heavy handed in the sermon department...but, he is making beautiful points.....and I am anxious to read book 5...these two have just got to get together....it is a true love story

I have really enjoyed this series of books which are full of life's lessons. However, I found that this particular book has become difficult to believe (yes, I know miracles do happen; I have experienced them myself). I still have a fondness for the characters and plan to read the last book, mainly out of curiosity to see how the story ends. I hope the author completes the final book in this series very soon.

I loved this book...so many life lessons to ponder over that you need to take your time reading it. My book is full of sticky notes so I can find the passages again and record in my book journal. I was especially touched by how Henry's wife Jullean guides him after her passing. What a wonderful giving lady. And to end the book that way!!! Now I want Book 5.
Beautifully written. Father Engelman again captured my heart!
Thank you again Henry Ripplinger for a wonderfully inspirational story!

It really shouldn't have taken me this long to finish this book, but it's been a busy month!

I would highly recommend reading this book slowly. There is so much wisdom and lessons to be learned. I cannot wait for book 5. Why do we have to wait so long though?

All the books in this series are preachy, which I was okay with; however, the way he goes on about abortion in this book is ridiculous and disturbing.... I was going to add arrogant but his tone has been arrogant all along, so that is nothing new.....
