It was cute, the pictures were good, but over all average satisfaction with the story. It's hard to figure out exactly why, but something felt lacking.
It wasn't bad, but I'm not likely to reread it and it wouldn't be at the top of my list of recommendations.

So cute. Pit crew work. Would be a great story for car racing fans. They would totally get what's going on. Nice rhyming.

I don’t often dislike books enough to have a few pages “stick together” while turning them. This was one.

This is an entertaining story that combines the excitement of a NASCAR pit stop with Christmas Eve fun. I had no idea what this story was about when I borrowed it from the library and as I am not a car racing fan, I'm not sure I would've borrowed it if I had known. Still, it's an entertaining tale with bold, colorful illustrations and a fun rhyming narrative. We enjoyed reading this book together.
