Interesting book. Great photos. Wrote down many herbs, fruits, vegetables, and more recommended for digestive issues I have.

I will have to get my copy in future. Not sure of the recipes offered in the book, but I know someone that has breathing and cold/flu systems nearly every year and can try these remedies to help them.

Great book--lists foods helpful for various parts of the body such as skin, respiratory, circulatory, digestion etc--and why. Also includes recipes. All of the foods are common rather than new trendy ones.

Meh book, I haven't learned anything relatively new reading this. But that's probably because it felt like a physiology lecture. Anyways I'd say this is a must-read for anyone looking for easy ways to improve their immune systems, and overrall health.

Very informative little book on the healing power of food. I particularly enjoyed the section on maintaining good joint health. I will certainly try some of the recipes here
