Meditation methods using buddhism as a guide..
Based on teachings of the Tibetan saint Tsong Khapa. Author was born in Tibet in 1934 and was educated at Drepung Monastic University. He fled Chinese occupation in 1959 and taught in London.

Guidance on how to erradicate internal suffering and give your mind the discipline to end a cycle - one that you probably fed & allowed to grow for years! Ha!
